Pros:

Excellent 5* castle hotel. Beautiful park, Michelin awarded restaurant with excellent food. Staff with friendly proactive attitude.

Cons:

Too thick, heavy, warm duvet for summer time.

The staff at the pool was bad - she was like a lost puppy, didnt know her way around the bar, drinks took forever and she made a mistake on the billing which would have resulted in a $300 overcharge

מלון נהדר, טירה יפהפיה, אלגנטית ומטופחת להפליא. הגנים יפים. ארוחת בוקר טובה מאד, אכלנו גם ארוחת ערב אחת - מצוינת. צוות מעולה. אהבנו ונהננו מאד.

Cons:

בחדר האמבטיה אין מדף לכלי הרחצה וזה מאד חסר. הארון בחדר קטן וחסרים בו מדפים

Приятное месторасположение, приятный персонал, очень вкусная еда и напитки, красивая усадьба!

Cons:

Не сказать что не понравилось, а скорее всего почаще живой музыки по вечерам не помешало бы. К сожалению за три дня такую не услышали, хотя с удовольствием спустились бы из номера в ресторан что бы выпить бокал вина под живую музыку. п.с. покрытие теннисной площадки желательно заменить, исхудало нынче.

Líbilo se nám všechno. Připadala jsem si jako v pohádce. Nádherné prostředí, milý personál, krásné wellness a luxusní kuchyně. Už teď se těším na další pobyt.

Pros:

Velmi krásné prostředí, všude pocit nenuceného luxusu. Většinou podobné ambice zámeckých hotelů sklouznou do kýčovitosti, na chateau Mcely ale do sebe všechno přirozeně zapadá.

Cons:

Jediné okno na našem pokoji bylo vysoko a ještě k tomu dost malé, takže se nám výhledu na krásný park nedostalo. Ale to byl nejspíš nedostatek konkrétního pokoje. Čistotě a vybavení pokoje ovšem nebylo co vytknout.
