Si ubicación es excelente. El
Lobby amplio. Buena la piscina. Hay parqueadero. La habitación cómoda, con buena lencería. Tiene muy buen internet.
El baño necesita remodelación se ve viejo y con mal olor. Tenía una cortina plástica ya en mal estado en la ducha. Inodoro de los viejos con palanca. Las llaves de la ducha de las viejas.

La atención del personal, se esmeraron mucho por brindarnos un trato amable y calido. La habitación era comoda, amplia y todo funcional como se espera de un hotel.
La intension era una escapada de un día, salir de la comodidad de la casa para pasar un dia en pareja, sin los niños pero nos encontramos una piscina en mantenimiento (un fin de semana), unas instalaciones algo descuidadas, sin asoleadoras comodas, sin zonas humedas, u otros espacios para relajarse en el hotel. La segunda piscina no tenia musica, bar, ni ambiente que provocara pasar la mañana en ella. Esperabamos algo mas para disfrutar de un día en pareja dentro del hotel.

las mesas de noche estaban sucias, así como el cajón del escritorio estaba chorriado de "sangre" o grasa" y nunca en lo cinco (5) días que estuve del lunes 19 al viernes 23 no lavaron la llave del lavamanos, la cama escasamente "templaron" la colcha de encima nunca las sábanas. Y LA SUCIEDAD DE LA VENTANA TOTAL. Y ni que decir del internet lunes 19 y martes 20 sin conexión.

Que no tiene gimnasio. Tan solo me quede 1 noche y decidimos cambiarnos de hotel porque no cuenta con este servicio.

Room size was good for family of 3. The shadiness of the pool was good for not getting burnt. The breakfast selection was very good, especially the made to order omelettes. The older doorman was very helpful in organising a taxi that didn't try and rip us off on new years day. The bed was very comfy. The bar staff were friendly.
The gym doesn't exist any more, despite being advertised. The second swimming pool was out of action throughout our stay. It took 90 minutes to get a towel for the remaining pool on one of the days we were there - causing many people to complain, and we needed to get dry and back to our room to check out. The check-in staff were inefficient and disinterested. The room had a smell of waste water that did not go away despite open window or air-con.The payment method was complex and looked like a scam, especially as the message through booking.com didn't align with the direct messages we got from contacting the hotel directly.
