La comida del restaurante Pulpo Paul estaba muy bien. El parqueadero muy cómodo. Tuvimos que salir un poco después de la habitación, y hubo facilidad para hacer el check out. El personal muy amable.
No estaban preparados para atender a tantas personas al mismo tiempo en el hotel. La zona de piscinas no tenía espacio ni sillas suficientes, y su uso estaba limitado a un horario hasta las 4:30pm en una y la otra hasta las 8:00pm, mientras que en el reglamento de la piscina dice que es hasta las 8:00pm. Además de presencia de roedores en los alrededores de la piscina cercana a recepción.
En la habitación no llegaba agua caliente siempre, a veces había menos agua, el aire acondicionado tenía dañada la ventila por lo que no permitía ajustar la salida de aire. La habitación pese a ser suite y costar más $, no estaba en el edificio nuevo por lo que las instalaciones no se sentían tan modernas, incluyendo los ascensores. Si se trata de una mejora en la habitación pagando más, debería ser mejora en todo sentido.

La infraestructura es muy vieja y le falta cuidado. El desayuno, que era espectacular, ahora es, simplemente bueno.

como sugerencia: no dejen descuidar la infraestructura, es fundamental seguir cuidando los detalles de pintura, accesorios en los baños, las cerraduras de las puertas entre otras.
La primera habitacion que nos dieron no estaba buena el aire no funcionaba y no olia bien, cuando nos cambiaron todo fue perfecto.
