Cons:

I left some items behind in bathroom I called 30 minutes after I left I was told they would hold and have the items for me
When my partner arrived to pickup our items left behind they said there was nothing
I cannot believe that the hotel would lie and keep our things
I had such a high expectation but now I don’t

Buen alojamiento
Pros:

se destaca la ubicacion y el buen desayuno que es variado, ademas el hotel tien un agradable bar restaurante en ultimo piso

Cons:

Algunas paredes del hotel aparecen muy usadas y sin mantenimiento asi como las puertas y las camas , tambien de los tres del hotel ascensores uno estaba fuera de servicio

El desayuno tipo buffet es muy bueno

Cons:

Recomiendo efectuar reparaciones locativas, ya que en la habitación la llave de agua caliente estaba dañada, tenía una toma en el techo del baño salida. No tenía puerto USB ni acceso a plataformas como Netflix. Los productos de aseo eran jabón y un shampoo pero de deficiente calidad.

Lastimosamente no hubo nada que me gustara, desde la llegada te recibe un señor que parece que estuviera trabajando porque no tiene mas donde, mala cara, monosílabo, al final no dio ni siquiera las instrucciones del hospedaje, no dijo el precio sino hasta que cobró el total, no dio opciones.

Cons:

Durante el hospedaje:
1. Cucarachas de las pequeñas rondaban por todo el hotel.

2. La plancha estaba con orines podridos en vez de agua.

3. El desayuno muy malo, quesos 🧀 pasados, la leche estaba vinagre, los cereales blanditos, el caldo de pollo parecía agua, moscas en los panes y quesos, no había buena atención, el personal poco amable, la verdad que pesar pero yo a ese hotel no vuelvo jamás!!!!

Adicional, me llamaron y por demorarme 15 minutos me cobraron multa de 88.000 pesos solo por no bajar rápido sin tener en cuenta que tenia mi bebe dormida y se los dije.

En el baño no había shampoo suficiente ni jabón, dejaron solo la cantidad para 1 persona en habitación paga para 3.

Las habitaciones no tienen cama doble, literal llegan a armar una base encima de uno, con el colchón allí mismo, sin espacio, queda uno apretado.

Debajo de las camas hay mugre y polvo, se nota que hacen el aseo por encima.

Si quieren vivir una mala experiencia vayan a ese hotel.
