Pros:

La ubicación del hotel está en plena isla de Ortigia, pero no se puede aparcar en la calle, salvo los residentes. Hay varios aparcamientos cercanos. Las camas muy cómodas y la habitación amplia.

Cons:

Hotel caro para el precio que pagamos: la limpieza, regular. El baño, muy antiguo, necesita una reforma urgente. Por un precio de 204 Euros por habitación, cómo pueden cobrar 3 euros por una tortilla en el desayuno??? No lo he visto en ningún hotel del mundo. Una pena.

Vista mare spettacolare
Pros:

La stanza singola con il balcone sul mare è grande, e confortevole. La vista spettacolare, una gioia svegliarsi davanti a quel mare. Personale gentilissimo. La posizione è ottima, silenziosa, dentro Ortigia a due passi da tutto. Un bel posto, pulito, tenuto bene.

Cons:

Niente, mi è piaciuto tutto. C’è da sapere che ci sono le scale per arrivare alle camere.

Vale solo la vista, la struttura è da rifare!
Pros:

la vista della camera straordinaria. Sembrava di essere sull'acqua del mare. La camera ampia come anche il bagno. L'accoglienza è stata gradevole. Mi hanno consentito di parcheggiare dinanzi la struttura, comunicando la targa del veicolo.

Cons:

Le pareti interne della camera presentavano muffa da umidità, persino la planimetria affissa sulla parete in prossimità della porta era nera e umida. La TV non funzionava: c'era l'apparecchio di sky ma mi hanno spiegato, al mattino, che l'abbonamento è semestrale. Dove era indicato? Non si vedevano neppure i canali in chiaro. Il controsoffitto presentava segni di umidità. Il bagno va rinnovato, come anche gli arredi. La colazione è servita in un'altra struttura e per raggiungerla è necessario uscire fuori e attraversare la strada. La reception è piena di cucce, copertine, anfratti per gatti. Nessuno l'aveva detto, se fossi stato allergico ci sarei rimasto secco!

Le spa n'était pas disponible malgré les dires du personnel

Il faisait un peu trop chaud dans la chambre.
Mais le lit était très confortable. Oreillers un peu trop épais

La qualité de la literie et la chambre spacieuse. Le petit déjeuné nous a été offert

Cons:

Attention si vous prenez le petit déjeuner certains mets vous serons compter en plus des 13€ (voir photo).

Pros:

Ex convento, ex scuola, oggi albergo ben ristrutturato. Ci sono due Domus, in uno avevo una camera al secondo piano con vista mare, nell'altra ho fatto colazione. In Ortigia vi sono pochi alberghi, Domus Mariae offre un' ottima soluzione alberghiera.

Cons:

Nella struttura dove ho soggiornato non ha ascensore, ma considerando che in Ortigia tutte le costruzioni sono centenarie non c'è da stupirsi.
