Pros:

Gran decepción al llegar sin ascensor. Incomodidad al tener que cambiar de edificio para el desayuno al igual que si hubiera querido usar la piscina. Nos cortaron el agua una tarde entera. La ducha no funcionaba el desagüe

Spacious and clean apartment with spectacular sea view
Pros:

Spacious and clean apartment, with all necessary facilities. Solid AC, balcony shutters ensure no sun wakes you up. Staff was very polite and friendly. Location was perfect, with our room having a spectacular view of the sea. Strongly recommend the accommodation. 24 hour reception available, so if you have any issues (we did not during our stay), staff is ready to help at any time.

Cons:

Rooms looked a bit dated, but it didn't bother us. Location and view make more than up for this.

Superhyggelig lite hotell sentralt i Ortigia, vennlig og koselig sted å være.
Resepsjonisten bar kofferten min opp og ned siden de ikke hadde heis, helt fantastisk!
Nydelig sjøutsikt fra rommet mitt, jeg storkoste meg og kommer gjerne tilbake!

Bellissima la posizione, la stanza grande e comoda, ma soprattutto l accoglienza e la gentilezza dello staff in particolar modo devo elogiare Cinzia, simpaticissima, piena di energia e sempre pronta a risolvere problemi e a consigliare la cosa giusta da fare in un posto davvero splendido. Andate ad Ortigia e soprattutto al Domus Mariae. Colazione ottima

Wonderful property, extra-special staff, prime location!
Pros:

Cinzia at the reception desk was fantastic and made our stay extra special! The ocean view was amazing, bed was comfortable and A/C worked. Room was clean and quiet and perfectly located. There is even a gorgeous chapel in the partner property across the street! We hope to return!

Etwas anspruchsvoll.
Pros:

Die Lage des Hotels ist perfekt: mitten in Ortigia, unser Zimmer mit Blick aufs Meer.

Cons:

Am Ende hat das Hotel oder haben wir doch noch immer eine Lösung gefunden: fürs Wasser, das aus der Dusch-Tasse nicht richtig abfloss; für den Tressor, der trotz guten Zuredens nicht funktionieren wollte; für die Fernbedienung, die fix an die Wand montiert die Klimaanlage nicht erreichen konnte; für die Steckdosen beim Bett, die keine Spannung hatten. Ein Hotelzimmer, das etwas Zuwendung und Aufmerksamkeit benötigt. Aber wie gesagt, das Hotel kümmerte sich rasch und erfolgreich um jedes Problem(chen).

Hotel ist ein sehr guter ruhigen Lage.
Pros:

Frühstück raum und Frühstück selbst war sehr schön und sehr gut, Frau Paula war sehr freundlich und Hilfsbereit. An der Reception Hr.Davide und Fr.Cinzia waren sehr Herzlich freundlich und Hilfsbereit. Sie hat sofort unsere sorge erledigt das war parken für unsere Auto.

El personal muy atento ! Sobre todo no habiendo ascensor y estando en pisos altos los cuartos .. nos cargaron las maletas al igual q cuando nos fuimos las bajaron ! David una excelente persona

Que ofrecían piscina, sin embargo cuando quisimos usarla estaba al frente del alojamiento y nos cobraban 39 euros x persona previa cita y solo una hora ???? En los 3 días q estuvimos no había cupo, igual no hubieramos pagado !
