El personal muy atento ! Sobre todo no habiendo ascensor y estando en pisos altos los cuartos .. nos cargaron las maletas al igual q cuando nos fuimos las bajaron ! David una excelente persona

Que ofrecían piscina, sin embargo cuando quisimos usarla estaba al frente del alojamiento y nos cobraban 39 euros x persona previa cita y solo una hora ???? En los 3 días q estuvimos no había cupo, igual no hubieramos pagado !

Fuja. Decepção e cinismo dos funcionários.

Cons:

Instalações antigas, banheiro pouco limpo. No primeiro quarto em que fomos colocados havia um barulho a cada cerca de 50 segundos, que me acordava. Disseram que verificariam. Eu suspeito que o ruído ocorra porque o sistema de ar condicionado funciona com um mecanismo de aspiração da água da condensadora que faz um ruído. Quando disseram que chamariam um técnico para verificar o problema no dia seguinte, eu pedi para mudar de quarto, disseram não haver disponibilidade. Eu verifiquei no Booking que havia disponibilidade no hotel da mesma rede localizado em frente. Quando pedi ao recepcionista que nos colocasse no outro hotel, ele respondeu que não era a mesma administração. Tive que mostrar a resposta da IA do Google para que ele confirmasse que de fato eram a mesma empresa. Daí ele entrou em contato com algum superior e após alguns minutos conseguiu que nos transferisse. Mas nos colocaram em um quarto escuro, com janelas para uma área interna cheia de pombos e suas fezes (inclusive o parapeito de uma das janelas permaneceu sujo com cocô de pombo durante as 3 noites da estadia). Havia inúmeros outros quartos com disponibilidade, o hotel estava com poucos hóspedes (percebi na lista de controle do café da manhã).

Hôtel idéalement situé à Ortigia, face à la mer. Personnel très accueillant et serviable. Très bon petit déjeuner. Chambre grande et climatisée

Cons:

Malheureusement, pas d'ascenseur dans le bâtiment où notre chambre était située.
Lors du nettoyage de la chambre, le sol n'était pas nettoyé tous les jours.

Wonderful staff, spacious room in a great location.
Pros:

Great location right across from the sea on a quiet street. Our room was very spacious with a balcony. The staff were super friendly and helpful. At one point, I hurt my knee and they went out of their way to keep me equipped with ice packs. Breakfast was right across the street at a sister property and when we were leaving the breakfast room we noticed a beautiful church connected to this other property. Such a beautiful and special place to stay in Ortigia.
