Überfordertes Personal, offensichtlich nicht gut genug ausgebildet. Unübersichtliche Organisation, aufwändige technische Beschaffenheit beim Parken und bezahlen. Unfreundlich und unkooperativ.

Pros:

A hotel with no air conditioning is understandable. But a fan that costs 20Euros should be available - how hard would it be to source some fans for a heat wave like this one. Ridiculous, stayed there 5 times previously was so angry - and left a day early - no sorry no, nothing

Super Lage und schöne Aussicht aus dem Zimmer.
Pros:

War bereits zum 2. Mal hier. Sehr gute Lage. Auch positiv hervorzuheben: Am Tag des Linz Marathon war das Frühstück extra früher geöffnet - das war sehr praktisch! Zimmer und Aussicht sind immer sehr toll.

Cons:

Zimmer war nun deutlich abgenutzter als bei meinem Aufenthalt vor 1,5 Jahren. Spa Bereich war leider aufgrund von Renovierungsarbeiten gesperrt.

It's unacceptable that the general description says air conditioned when there is none
Pros:

Breakfast was exceptional. Beautiful buffet with excellent choices.
Very convenient parking connected to the hotel.

Cons:

There are no electric sockets close to the bed. The layout of the room is a bit strange. Otherwise the room is nice.
MAIN PROBLEM: There is NO AIR CONDITIONING. IT WAS EXTREMELY HOT!
IMPORTANT: the Booking description (text) clearly says that the room is airconditioned. The staff told me they do NOT have airconditioned rooms at all. Misleading and disappointing.

Die Lage ist grandios und wir hatten von unserem Eckzimmer im dritten Stock einen wunderbaren Blick auf den Dom. Die Fenster sind extrem schalldicht.

Cons:

Es war im Hotelzimmer durch die dort herrschende Temperatur nur schwer auszuhalten. Ja, es waren sehr heiße Tage, aber eine Form von Klimatisierung erwartet man doch in einem Hotel dieser Kategorie. Schon als wir das Zimmer betraten, hat uns die Hitze im Zimmer schier umgehauen, obwohl alle Fenster geschlossen, alle Vorhänge vorgezogen und die Jalousien abgesenkt waren. Man erklärte uns, dass die Kühldecke nur funktionieren würde, wenn die Zimmer Karte auch im Schalter steckt und dass es innerhalb der nächsten 2-3 Stunden angenehm temperiert sein würde. Als wir dann gegen 19:00 Uhr zurück kamen, war es noch wärmer im Zimmer. Wir haben daraufhin bei der Rezeption diesen Zustand reklamiert. Eine Viertelstunde später erschien dann auch jemand von der Rezeption, der uns erklärte, dass er leider nichts machen könne. Sie hätten keine Klimaanlage und die klimatisierend wirkende Decke würde keine Fehlermeldung geben. D.h., das wäre jetzt halt so. Er könne uns zum Ausgleich kalte Getränke anbieten und wir könnten ja die Fenster zum Lüften aufmachen. Leider keine Lösung mit DJ Livemusik im Restaurant nebenan. Nachdem die Temperatur an Tag 3 die 27 Grad erreichte (ja, wir haben ein Thermometer im Media Markt gekauft) und wir wieder bei der Rezeption vorstellig wurden, konnte uns eine deutlich aufmerksamere Dame an der Rezeption für die letzte Nacht zumindest einen Ventilator zur Verfügung stellen. Da wir immer die Vorhänge zugezogen und die Jalousien abgesenkt hatten, haben wir von der wunderbaren Aussicht auf dem Domplatz übrigens nichts gehabt. Aber insgesamt ist weder die Klimatisierung noch das Reklamationsmanagement einem 4 Sterne Hotel würdig.

Große Zimmer und zentrale Lage des Hotels
Pros:

nettes und zentral gelegenes Hotel mitten in Linz.
Es ist sehr gut ausgestattet und die Zimmer sind sehr groß.
Nettes Ambiente und die Mitarbeiter sind sehr hilfsbereit und freundlich

Cons:

Das Frühstück war im Zimmerpreis nicht enthalten, ist aber bei der Buchung nicht aufgefallen und ich wurde nicht darauf hingewiesen. Die Kosten des Frühstück mit € 26,00 zu berechnen ist sehr hoch und entspricht nicht den Erwartungen eines Gastes. Das hat mich sehr verärgert und gewundert!!!

Ein sehr angenehmer und ruhiger Aufenthalt mit zentraler Lage in Linz.
Pros:

Zimmer war sehr geräumig, ruhig und funktionell ausgestattet mit schöner Aussicht auf den Dom.
Wir bedanken uns für das Upgrade vom Standard zum Business Zimmer.

ein besonderes Hotel mit einer herausragend schönen Einrichtung und Atmosphäre
Pros:

Das Ambiente in den Zimmern mit Domblick ist einfach phantastisch, die Einrichtung ästhetisch gelungen. Das Hotel liegt sehr ruhig mitten im Zentrum, alles ist fußläufig zu erreichen. Wir sind schon oft hier gewesen und kommen immer wieder sehr gerne

Cons:

Zwei Kritikpunkte: Das Frühstück, das man zusätzlich buchen kann, ist sehr teuer. Und: Wir persönlich finden es schade, dass das Hotel das Label 'Adults only' hat. Wir brauchen eine kinderfreundliche Gesellschaft.

Aussicht aus dem Zimmer, modern eingerichtet und sauber

Cons:

Frühstück war extra zu bezahlen und völlig überteuert. Geringes Angebot und Schwarztee gab es keinen.Der wurde erst aufgrund massiven Drucks irgendwoher besorgt.
Wellnessbereich war gesperrt
Garagenplatz muss extra bezahlt werden, ohne jegliche Vergünstigung
