Unfreundliche Rezeption überlagert ein an sich nicht schlechtes Angebot.
Pros:

Für 3 Sterne gute Leistungen: Großes Zimmer, Wellness, 2 Ladestationen, gutes Essen. Auch wenn einiges etwas in die Jahre gekommen ist, ist alles funktionsfähig und von guter Ausstattungsqualität.

Cons:

Sehr unfreundliche Dame an der Rezeption: ich habe meinen Ausweis zunächst nicht gefunden. Ich wurde erst in das Zimmer gelassen nachdem ich in der Rezeption mein gesamtes Gepäck durchsucht hatte, statt auf dem Zimmer in Ruhe suchen zu können. Ohne Ausweis kein Zimmer, ggf Heimfahrt. Die HP sollte 38 statt der auf booking ausgewiesenen 30 Euro kosten. Erst nach Diskussion gab man zu, dass man den alten Preis nicht angepasst hat und wir HP für 30 Euro bekommen. In der Sauna gibt es keine zusätzlichen Handtücher. Man muss mit einem auskommen aus dem Zimmer. Der Platz für die 2. Ladestation ist dauerhaft für nicht E-Autos blockiert, weil man den überdachten Platz nicht für E-Fahrer reservieren will. Also steht der 2. Nutzer der Doppel-Säule halb in einer Abfahrt auf schiefem Untergrund. Gehen Verbrenner, die einen der 2 Ladeplätze blockieren, wird nicht vorgegangen, ob wohl der unfreundlichen Rezeptionistin offensichtlich bekannt.

Angenehme und komfortable Unterkunft mit sehr gutem und reichlichen Mahlzeiten.
Pros:

Zentrale Lage zur Bushaltestelle. Unterkunft gediegen, verbunden mit allen Annehmlichkeiten (Personal überaus freundlich und kompetent; Schwimmbad, Sauna, Dampfbad; Skikeller; Aufzug)

Cons:

Nur Kleinigkeiten, die den Gesamteindruck nicht relativiert haben.

Obiekt zakwaterował mnie na dwóch oddzielnych piętrach pomimo prośby aby pokoje były obok siebie.
Pros:

Śniadania ubogie. Na ciepło jajecznica i jajka gotowane. Poza tym ser, wędlina, pieczywo, owsianka. Brak warzyw i innych dań ciepłych na śniadanie. Jadłospis śniadaniowy identyczny każdego dnia.
Przy rezerwacji prosiłam o pokoje obok siebie ze względu na to, że podróżowałam z dziećmi. W czasie meldunku otrzymałam pokoje nie w obiekcie głównym lecz obok, gdzie nie było basenu, sauny, restauracji gdzie były serwowane posiłki. Pokoje były na oddzielnych piętrach. Na prośbę aby pokoje były obok siebie otrzymałam informację, że za dopłatą (600 Euro) mogą nas przenieść do budynku głównego. Skorzystaliśmy z tej opcji, aby mieć warunki takie jakie były wybrane przy zakupie oferty

Powinni informować przy zakupie oferty, że część pokoi znajduje się w oddzielnym budynku, z którego trzeba wyjść i przejść na dworze do budynku głównego na posiłki lub na basen, a następnie wrócić....

Hele fijne plek, ideaal vertrekpunt voor mooie bergtochten, vriendelijk en alert personeell.
Pros:

Goed verzorgd ontbijt. Vriendelijk en zeer alert personeel. Sfeervol interieur en prima keuken.

Cons:

Niet heel rustige lokatie, goede bedden maar slechte kussens.

Pros:

We had an apartment with a balcony with an amazing view of the valley. The staff were generally very friendly and helpful. They provided lots of help with maps and walking routes. The hotel is right next to the bus stop and close to the cable car and chairlift. The pool area is very nice and lovely and warm.

Cons:

The beds were a little hard and so were the seating areas in the living room (also very upright) so it was hard to relax / watch TV in the evening. Access to the pool from the apartment was down the side of the exterior of the hotel near the bins etc. It would have been much nicer from inside the hotel.

I will definitely return.
Pros:

The staff was very helpfull and tried there best to speak English. They arranged a table in the restaurant though we had no reservation. Thanks to the friendly lady in the reception, she gave us helpfull tips!

Cons:

The view from ou room could have been better. Maybe on the other side of the building there are better views?
