Pros:

Un hotel extrem de bine pozitionat. Camera noastra a fost curata, cu o terasa uimitoare, o adevarata oaza de liniste intr-un oras vibrant, elegant, cu o istorie atat de bogata. Daca ar fi sa revenim in Cracovia, tot aici am alege sa ne cazam.

Cons:

Ne-a placut tot. Nu pot spune nimic despre micul dejun, pentru ca nu l-am servit la hotel.

Great but short stay. Really nice and recommendable small hotel.
Pros:

The breakfast was really good. Everything was fresh and tasty.

Cons:

The soundproofing of the room door could be improved. Sounds from the corridor carried into the room.

A perfect little vacation
Pros:

We were extremely pleased with our stay. The hotel's location is perfect—the main square is just ten steps away in one direction, and the tram stop is ten steps away in the other. Although it is situated on Grodzka Street—which is bustling with tourists and very noisy—the rooms offer excellent soundproofing, ensuring a peaceful rest. The rooms are cleaned daily. There is free internet, which was very fast. The breakfast was varied and perfectly adequate for this type of hotel. The staff were exceptionally polite, helpful, and friendly. They even returned an important document I had forgotten behind, and I am very grateful to them for that. We were happy with everything.

Cons:

Nothing. Everything is perfect for us.

Incredible accommodation. Staff even upgraded us without even asking. The room was so lovely.
Pros:

The location is incredible. You walk out the door and are in the central area of Old Town. The staff is amazing, so friendly and helpful. The place is charming and extremely clean. I have returned many times now, because I love it so much.

Cons:

Street life can be loud at night. Maybe thicker windows or an optional soft sound machine in each of the rooms. That’s a nice touch without costing much for the hotel, and it’ll be used often by most who are not used to city living.
