Will definitely return to this hotel as it has nothing for anyone to criticize about.
Pros:

Perfect location on the beautiful square. No noise from outside because of quality of windows. Staff were really helpful and friendly. Fresh breakfast with a good choice of food. Very clean hotel. Large rooms with large bathroom.

Vraiment un super séjour.
Pros:

L'hôtel est top en plein centre, calme, propre. Petit déjeuner buffet très copieux. La salle de bain est top avec une grande douche italienne. Grand plaisir d'avoir un grand lit double avec un seul matelas, ce qui est de plus en plus rare. C'était vraiment parfait.

Krakow komfortabel
Pros:

Sehr angenehmer Aufenthalt, könnte schon ganz früh in mein Zimmer, weil es schon verfügbar war. Dem Gast werden alle Wünsche erfüllt. Besonders gefallen hat mir die kleine Uhrzeitangabe am Telefon, die in der Nacht leuchtet.
Absolut ruhige Lage, obwohl die Lage zentraler nicht geht.
Super Frühstück mit frischem Obst.

Cons:

Mein Zimmer hatte nur 2 Dachluken, allerdings groß und leicht zu öffnen. Das lag wohl am Preis.

Pros:

O hotel é ótimo, no centro da cidade velha, perto de todos os pontos turísticos mais importantes. O quarto muito agradável, as camas eram boas, o banheiro ótimo também. Adoramos.

Cons:

O lugar fica no centro histórico e por isso é inevitável escutar barulhos a noite. Para nós isso não foi um problema, porém, deve ser considerado caso você se incomode com isso.

Parfait pour visiter Cracovie dans de supers conditions.

Krakow was fabulous. Hotel as described.
Pros:

Hotel needs decor update. Staff brilliant very helpful. There was no mention of noise outside and we were awakened by people singing and shouting at 5.30 a.m. Wouldn’t stay there again due to the latter.

Cons:

The noise outside. There was no mention of that when I booked. Very disapppointed.
