We really enjoyed the hotel staff, breakfast and location.
Pros:

Perfect location for old town Krakow. We were on the 5th floor, which didn’t have elevator service. It was okay for us, but may be a problem for others. If you need an elevator book floors 1-4.

Cons:

Our room had a small step up half way through the room that we tripped on several times in the middle of the night.
Linens on bed were 2 duvets that didn’t by themselves cover the whole bed, so we used both, one on each side of the bed. I think it’s common in this part of the world. We saw it in Copenhagen also.

HOTEL molto bello e accogliente.Raggiungibile dall'aeroporto in pochissimo tempo . Struttura centralissima vicino ala meravigliosa piazza centrale di Cracovia con vista sulla Cattedrale . Comodissimo per spostarsi a piedi e visitare tutte le bellezze della città .Città pulitissima e ben curata sotto il profilo estetico, ricca di storia antica e contemporanea. L' Hotel Jan offre una colazione varia e abbondante. Molto belle le camere dell'hotel.Bellissima esperienza storico/artistico/culturale.

Non c'è nulla che non mi sia piaciuto.

Jestem naprawdę pod ogromnym wrażeniem tego hotelu! Bywałam już w różnych hotelach pięciogwiazdkowych i obiektach o bardzo wysokim standardzie, ale ten hotel jest po prostu rewelacyjny. Do tego jego ogromnym atutem jest lokalizacja – znajduje się w samym sercu Krakowa, przy Rynku Głównym. ❤️

Widać tutaj ogromną dbałość o każdy, nawet najmniejszy szczegół. W łazience jest absolutnie wszystko, czego można potrzebować – jest półka nad umywalką, czego często brakuje nawet w dobrych hotelach, są wygodne wieszaki na ręczniki, duży zapas papieru toaletowego, a na ścianie wiszą dwa rodzaje chusteczek. Do dyspozycji są również żele pod prysznic i szampon. Sama łazienka jest perfekcyjnie wysprzątana, a zresztą nie tylko łazienka – cały hotel jest naprawdę niesamowicie czysty.

Śniadania są po prostu rewelacyjne! Jakość jedzenia naprawdę robi wrażenie. Wszystko jest przepyszne i na bieżąco dokładane. Ani przez chwilę nie było sytuacji, żeby czegoś zabrakło. Widać, że obsługa naprawdę dba o swoich gości.

Śniadanie jest w formie kontynentalnej i podawane do godziny 10:00, więc można spokojnie rozpocząć dzień bez pośpiechu.

Dużym plusem jest również recepcja czynna przez całą dobę – panie cały czas są na miejscu i służą pomocą.

Naprawdę jesteśmy tym hotelem zachwyceni. Z czystym sumieniem mogę powiedzieć, że dawno nie spotkałam się z takim poziomem dbałości o gościa. Świetna lokalizacja, czystość, pyszne śniadania i obsługa na najwyższym poziomie. Zdecydowanie polecam! ❤️
