Todo en general. Las instalaciones del club muy recomendables. El buffet excelente. El apartamento muy limpio y comodo.
Pero la puntuacion mas elevada se la lleva el personal de recepcion. Super amables y atentas.

Cons:

Si tuviera que poner un pero, el paso de la zona wellnes a los vestuarios no está climatizada y hacia mucho frio.

Personal cálido y gimnasio completisimo
Pros:

Las dos chicas de la recepción el Lunes por la tarde me hicieron sentir como bienvenido a casa.
Elegí el hotel por el gimnasio, es el más completo, no es un gimnasio de hotel, es un gimnasio en serio, tiene socios y todo pero manejan muy bien el tema del aforo. Las instalaciones bien, a 10’ en coche de encamp para subir a Grandvalira.

Cons:

Muy familiar, quizás demasiados niños para mi gusto. El cocinero de huevos no empezaba a trabajar hasta luego de las 8.

Pros:

Las instalaciones, el spa, el apartamebto, el chiquipark...

Cons:

No nos llevamos a nuestra hija al spa porque no nos quedó claro ai podía entrar o no....y sí que podía...pero fue un malentendido
