Pros:

Todo muy limpio, una zona increíble ( aunque no hay nada alrededor para ir andando a pasear) la piscina exterior está muy bien aunque es pequeña para toda la gente que hay

Cons:

El buffet es correcto pero no vale la pena, hay poca variedad. No cambian el desayuno.
Has de pagar por el parking obligatorio, ya que no hay ninguna alternativa.

De locatie was zeer goed gelegen. Het personeel was vriendelijk en behulpzaam.

Cons:

Onze kamer was totaal niet wat er op onze foto’s stonden. De badkamer is dringend aan vernieuwing toe. Klein balkon. Totaal niet wat we geboekt hadden. De toilet staat helemaal los en heb ik moeten fixeren.

Rigtig mange gode ting ved hotellet: Parkering i kælderen var et stort plus.

El hotel en sí está muy bien situado en una ubicación fantástica y se siente bastante lujoso. Cuenta con excelentes instalaciones deportivas, una gran piscina exterior y un buen bar en la piscina. Disfrutamos mucho tanto del buffet del desayuno como del de la cena, y el personal amable y dispuesto a ayudar. Sin embargo, nuestra experiencia al alojarnos en los apartamentos no estuvo a la altura de un estándar de 4 estrellas.


Great hotel facilities, but the apartments are deeply disappointing for 4 stars

The hotel itself is very well situated in a fantastic location and feels quite luxurious. It features excellent sports installations, a cosy exterior swimming pool, and a nice pool bar. Both the breakfast and dinner buffets were highly enjoyable, and the staff was friendly and willing to help. However, our experience staying at the apartments did not live up to a 4-star standard.

El edificio principal del hotel se ve bien, αλλά nosotros nos alojamos en los apartamentos και la experiencia no cumple con los estándares de 4 estrellas.

El check-in es extremadamente rígido (16:00). Llegamos cansados y con mascotas, pero no hubo ninguna flexibilidad ni facilidad para entrar antes. Nos asignaron la habitación 1524 (Edificio 2), la cual está totalmente obsoleta y no tiene aire acondicionado (A/C). El baño necesita urgentemente una renovación completa, και nuestros hijos mayores tuvieron que dormir en un sofá cama en lugar de camas normales.

Por otro lado, cobrar 90€ por 3 mascotas es un abuso. El establecimiento es totalmente hostil hacia los perros, está lleno de carteles de "prohibido" por todas partes και no tiene zonas seguras o accesibles para que hagan sus necesidades. El parking de 24€ también es bastante caro, aunque al menos es espacioso para un SUV grande.

Al informar de estos problemas durante el check-out, el gerente intentó compensarnos ofreciéndonos refrescos gratuitos por valor de 12€ en la cena. Agradecemos el gesto, pero fue lo mínimo que podían hacer dada la situación. Solo volveríamos si nos alojáramos en las habitaciones del hotel principal o si los apartamentos se renovaran por completo.


This 4-star apartment hotel does not deliver on its rating. The hotel itself yes, however we haven't stayed there.
Check-in is rigid (16h00) with no accommodation for early arrivals, even for tired guests with pets. We stayed in Room 1524 (Bldg 2), which is severely outdated and lacks A/C. The bathroom is in dire need of total renovation, and our older kids were forced to sleep on a sofa bed rather than proper beds. Additionally, charging 90€ for 3 pets is a ripoff, given the hotel is entirely dog-unfriendly with "prohibited" signs everywhere and no accessible, safe areas for pets to relieve themselves.

Disappointing

Overall ok but generally dissatisfied

Cons:

Very dated interiors. No cloths or detergent to wash crockery, no kettle in kitchen. My son couldn’t use the gym as he is under 14 which was one of the reasons I booked here. Only says this in fine print in T and C. Getting laundry done was outrageous, over 100 euros for a small bag. Breakfast starting at 7:30 am is late for an area where people want to get out and cycle or hike.
