Hotel razoável com uma recepção muito pouco calorosa.

Recepção. Funcionários apáticos, nao cumprimentam quando os hóspedes passam, as comodidades do hotel não nos foram explicadas no check in. Muito a melhorar para quem está a dar a cara pelo o hotel.

We liked the hotel very much would be glad to stay here again!

The room was clean and comfortable ! The food in restaurant was delicious.

Cons:

I liked everything, the only recommendation is more variety of food for breakfast. 4 days in a raw all dishes for breakfast were the same.

I can’t rate this hotel as a 4-star property – in my opinion, it is closer to a 3-star level.
Didn’t like:
There was mold in the room, which was disappointing. Breakfast was standard – not bad, but nothing special, and the staff during breakfast were quite unfriendly. The swimming pool is located in another building, so you need to go outside to reach it, which is inconvenient. Also, almost everything comes with an extra charge (parking, racket games, etc.). The buffet dinner was very expensive (€32 per adult and €16 per child, drinks not included) and the food was not very impressive.
