The staff was great and the room was tidy to the extent that a maid can tidy an obviously old room. The problem was the absolutely disgusting stained rugs. Right outside the window we could see air conditioning units which had a centimeter of dust blocking the filters. Really concerning. The sheets were polyester and a bit uncomfortable and the double bed was just two single beds pushed together which made sleeping in the middle rather uncomfortable. We would not stay there again, management/ownership is clearly not inspecting rooms and facilities. In summary, the staff and location were great. The hotel itself is subpar.
The hotel is located close to the airport. It has everything you need, including a restaurant and taxi service, and there are many different restaurants nearby. The room was clean, but the interior was quite outdated. However, the quality is reasonable for the price.
I had an overnight flight and wanted to get some sleep in the morning. However, someone kept knocking on my door, opening it, and then closing it again. It wasn’t housekeeping. The third time it happened, I opened the door and found a member of staff just standing there. They apologized and left. I forgot to put up the “Do Not Disturb” sign, but that doesn’t mean it’s acceptable to knock on my door three times in one morning and enter my room.
The room was ok.
The bathroom was like from a different time, it was a little bit weird.
The restaurant was in my opinion expensive, but not worth it, I wish we chose somewhere else to eat honestly. I felt like they were warming up some ready-meals.

Ничего не понравилось. Мы приехали на одну ночь, поспать и ехать дальше, когда заселялись и оплачивали администратор не предупредил, что на территории гостиницы проходит 2 свадьбы и что шум будет всю ночь. Когда мы это обнаружили, на мою жалобу мне предложили беруши, управляющему звонить отказались. Номера с очень давним ремонтом, в номере грязно, в душе пятна плесени. Свадебный шум был до 5 утра, а в 6 утра пришел персонал гостиницы и начал убирать у нас под окнами и громко разговаривать, что естественно не давало спать. Утром (в воскресенье) я обнаружил, что в душе нет горячей воды. В душе четырехзвездочной гостиницы нет горячей воды. Я естественно обратился к администратору, на что они мне ответили, что они не знают, что это такое и и вызвали инженера, у которого выходной, но он возможно приедет через пару часов. Связать меня с управляющим снова отказались, сказали, что у него выходной - звоните завтра. До нашего выезда в 11.00 вопрос с горячей водой решен не был, что стало причиной отсутствия нам так и не сообщили. В целом персонал как ночной так и дневной смены вел себя крайне грубо, не приветливо и не хотел приложить никаких усилий к решению возникших проблем.
При выезде я сказал, что меня абсолютно не устроило проживание, так как я не получил половину услуг за которые заплатил (сон и горячий душ), и хотел бы вернуть оплату, на что администратор мне сказал, что не может ничем помочь, нужно обращаться с управляющим, которого нет. Предложили позвонить с понедельника в рабочее время.
Все последующие рабочие дни я звонил в гостиницу в рабочее время и всю неделю мне говорили, что управляющего нет, занят, перезвонит и так далее, однако никто не перезвонил и мои вопросы остались без ответов. Естественно весь мой отдых был испорчен самим посещением гостиницы и попытками добиться каких-то ответов всю последующую неделю.
Это сама ужасная гостиница в которой я был за всю свою жизнь.

el tracte de la persona de recepció. Havíem avisat que arribariem abans de l'hora del check-in. Se'ns va contestar que no hi havia problema i que si l'habitació no estava llesta, podíem deixar les maletes a recepció. Quan varem arribar ho varem comentar, i la reccepcionista ens va dir que esperessim i que ens diria alguna cosa en una estona. Una hora i quinze minuts mes tard, li varem tornar a preguntar, i amb una evident actitud de molestia ens va dir que l'habitació no estava llesta i que si volíem, podiem deixar les maletes. No entenem sincerament aquesta actitud, ni la raó per que se'ns feia esperar sense motiu.
