Cons:

There was a strong smell of kerosene in the stairwell, but it wasn't noticeable inside the apartment. The heating system operated at odd hours—not during the night, when it was truly cold. The apartment itself is charming and comfortable. In terms of location, it’s about a 10-minute walk to the center; by car, it’s very convenient. Zakopane and the surrounding area are lovely, with plenty to see.
