Lovely quiet place, helpful staff and tasty breakfast. It was everything I need.
Pros:

It's a very nice quiet area with amazing view of Wawel Castle across the river. Even if you don't have a room withe a view itself then you can enjoy it during the breakfast.

Decent hotel in a great location. Would definitely consider again for future stays with the family.
Pros:

Great view from the room overlooking Vistula and the Wawel. It would be worth putting up a sign out on the street, as at one point we were doubting if we're at the right place, and the gate leading to the hotel door was not lit.

Cons:

Minor issue with a TV and one of the lights, but it didn't stop us from enjoying our stay. Notified the reception during checkout.

Dobry hotel z b. dobrym śniadaniem, oferujący świetne widoki na piękny zamek Waweł i Wisłę

Oferta śniadaniowa była bogata, sala śniadaniowa ma bezpośredni widok na Wisłę i Waweł.

Brak wspólnej przestrzeni, w której można było rozmawiać ze znajomi, którzy w tym samym czasie przebywali w hotelu.

Bardzo dobra opcja, by cieszyć się Krakowem z bliską osobą.
Pros:

Nieduży, urokliwy hotel nad samą Wisłą vis a vis Wawelu. Świetny widok na Wawel! Wygodne łóżko, bardzo dobre śniadanie, blisko do komunikacji miejskiej.

Miła obsługa, dobre śniadanie, bezpłatne miejsce parkingowe (choć nie gwarantowane - po prostu udało się).

Cons:

Zarezerwowałem miejsce głównie z uwagi na widok na Wawel, co nie było gwarantowane, ale rekompensowałoby proste i zużyte wyposażenia. Pokój niedogrzany.

La stanza era priva di tapparelle e, al sorgere del sole, la luce entrava immediatamente illuminandola a giorno. La bajour a muro vicino al letto, una volta spenta, produceva un suono terribile che ci ha costretti a lasciarla accesa. Il materasso presentava un evidente solco orizzontale e, come se non bastasse, lungo la strada erano in corso dei lavori che iniziavano già alle sei del mattino, tanto da sembrare di averli direttamente dentro la stanza.

Niezwykle uprzejma i przyjazna obsługa. Korzystałam z mężem z tego hotelu 18.01.2026. Nie pamiętam imienia Pana w Recepcji, który nas przyjął, ale był bardzo miły, pogodny i wybiegający naprzeciw naszym potrzebom. Cała obsługa recepcji to otwartość na klienta i gotowość pomocy. Pełny profesjonalizm. Pokój nr 3 na 2 p. czysty i estetyczny. Wygodne łóżka. Jest w nim wszystko co trzeba - nawet na dłuższy pobyt. Miły widok na Wawel i Wisłę. Mimo mrozu na zewnątrz, pokój cieplutki i przytulny. Doskonała relacja ceny do jakości. Nie spodziewaliśmy się z mężem, że pokój będzie taki miły i wyposażony w czajnik, wodę i duży telewizor (hotel ma 3***). Lokalizacja hotelu doskonała, żeby dojechać w każde niemal miejsce w Krakowie. W pobliżu świetna restauracja azjatycka - nie drogo i pysznie. Z pewnością za każdym razem, gdy będziemy w Krakowie, wybierzemy właśnie ten hotel. Wszystkim Państwu serdecznie dziękujemy i pozdrawiamy.
