Wielkość pokoju z widokiem na Wisłę . Śniadanie z widokiem na Wawel Bardzo klimatyczne miejsce, polecam . Dostaliśmy bardzo dużo apartament bez dopłaty.

Pros:

Hotel ma duży potencjał, jest dobrze zlokalizowany, z pięknym widokiem na Wawel, obsługa bardzo miła i uczynna, ale budynek zdecydowanie potrzebuje remontu lub chociaż odświeżenia wewnątrz.

Cons:

Jak na Kraków i za tą canę, nie jest źle, ale wymiany potrzebują np. krzesła (wysiedziałe aż do ramy), wykładzina w pokojach (zapyziały brud po kątach), bardzo głośna klimatyzacja. Nie ma też możliwości uchylenia okna (przynajmniej w naszym pokoju nie było). Naczynia w pokoju (kubeczki, szklanki i łyżeczki) źle umyte. Takie drobiazgi, które bardzo by podniosły komfort pobytu. Ale na jedną noc ujdzie.

Obłędny widok, przemiła obsługa, która okazała się bardzo pomocna nawet w przypadku nietypowych próśb, bardzo dobre śniadanie (też z widokiem). Pokoje przyzwoite, nieco widać upływ czasu, ale ciężko się przyczepić do czegoś konkretnego.
