The room was older but not a problem. We were right next to the pool room. The beds needed updating as the springs feel they are going to punch through the sheets. We kept getting woken up by what sounded like people slapping the door hard all throughout the night and the window didn't shut all the way. Overall ok for one night. Front desk was super nice.
Nothing
Everything
The breakfast was great, the access to a major road and lots of things to do in the area was great. The location to Nashville was nice as well.
The housekeeping was non-existent for our room. The first night we kept the do not disturb sign out and that was our bad however we stayed three days and never saw a house keeper. I have a child who wet the bed due to medical issues and I had to call multiple times multiple days for linens. I even offered to make it myself and both days the manager came to change it. I understand things happen that it might get overlooked but it was a huge inconvenience especially for a child that is self confident about an issue like this to begin with. One thing that was disturbing was the amount of pee stains on the bed pads that were on the beds too. The picture I included was from a bed that was not peed on by anyone in our family. Another frustrating thing was that I had to have my room key reprogrammed like 4 times in 3 days. Lastly, the WiFi was terrible and the tvs had an issue and didn’t work either. I understand they couldn’t control that but it made for some boring nights staring at a frozen image on the tv for 3 days.
Price
Pool was dirty, toilet in room was broken and noone came to fix had to take top off to flush, tub was dirty, man outside kept walkin lot begging and checkin cigarette containers.
Easy to get to from the freeway. Fast checking. Room spacious , bed comfortable. Tub was a disappointment, did not use because of large rust spots, bathroom door looked like it had been chewed on and wifi was poor. But for the price is was worth it because everything was clean and had everything I needed.
the tub and wifi
the breakfast was adequate. It was a typical breakfast that is replicated frequently throughout the industry
the wifi was very slow and unresponsive
We were able to cancel our second night, due to ability to relocate.
Breakfast not us to standard, poor set up and choices. Room smells, elevator floor dirty, bad coffee maker in the room.
Location terrible and away from everything.
I'll never use these hotel chains again.
It felt like Beiderbecke at home
They only regret I have is not staying before now
Continental breakfast had many options and the staff was friendly.
I booked this location based on its rating on Booking.com which is far better than their current Google rating. Next time I will cross-reference.
Upon entering our room, it was very muggy and smelled wet and musty. The air conditioner was set at 67 when we walked in, but the room definitely did not feel like 67 degrees. I wanted to switch rooms, but my husband said it was fine. There were gaps between the unit and the wall allowing air to seep out and bugs to crawl in. The ledge the unit was on was a bit dirty with a few bugs laying on it, but the overall cleanliness of the room was satisfactory.
I am pretty sure an elephant was staying in the room above us. I awoke around 12:30am to continuous stomping. I could not only hear it, even though I wear earplugs while sleeping, but it also shook the entire room. It continued for several hours and eventually stopped, but picked back up again around 6am. My husband also heard someone trying to get into our room around the same time. He did eventually get up to check the door and hallway. We had the door deadbolted and the security latch activated, but my husband also stuffed a towel in front of the door to ensure extra protection.
The hotel is in a residental area. There are homes both across the street and behind the hotel. When we arrived home from dinner, a neighbor across the street seemed to be having a party and making a commotion about something. Glad when we walked in the lobby that we could not hear the noise and our room was on the opposite side of the hotel.
Great location. Not sure what was going on with the tub. The mattress was springy but overall I would rate it a 7.
It was ok.. the tub didn’t look clean but other than that I was pleased.
Very clean and very friendly staff
Nothing I can think of
Nice clean close to everything.
