A clean, comfy, and conveniently located stay with a lovely balcony to relax on.
Pros:

What I liked most was the combination of convenience and comfort. Being so close to Spark Arena, Woolworths, and the CBD made exploring Auckland so easy. The room itself was clean and relaxing, but my absolute favorite feature was the private balcony, it was great to have outdoor seating to enjoy my morning coffee or unwind in the evening

Cons:

Honestly, nothing! Everything met or exceeded my expectations. The room was clean, the balcony was a treat, and the location was perfect for what I needed.

Overall good size rooms and helpful staff.
Pros:

Didn’t have breakfast.

Cons:

While the standard of cleaning was good on arrival there didn’t seem to be enough staff on to empty rubbish daily, update towels and slightly clean the room at all. We were there 3 nights. Also furniture in lounge area stained and very dated. Would have loved small detergent bottle in kitchen instead of little pkts and a dish brush since no dishwasher.

Good value nice staff and our second visit in a few weeks.
