Clean good-quality accommodation with good internet and a handy location.
Pros:

Coming from Waiheke, Oaks is a great location for me – walking distance from the ferry terminal – and clean and with good wifi for my work and entertainment.

Very noisy (traffic). This was our second stay. The first was much better as we were on the other side. We were offered a complimentary breakfast on the first stay, but not on the second. Price was the same on both stays.
