It was central, clean and great breakfast. Rooms are huge and spacious. Restaurant is good for dinner.

The buffet breakfast wasn't as good as it has been in the past. The scrambled eggs were not cooked properly and cold.

Central location that is easy to get to most places in Auckland cbd.
Room were not ready when we checked in at 3pm. They put us in another room and bed configuration was not correct. Had a worker come up and adjust, we left and went out when we came back found nothing was fixed. Single beds were different sizes and heights. No communication left.
Cleanliness in bathroom was disgustingly. The dust buildup around edges of wall looked like it hadn’t been touched in a very long time.
Location is GBD was great and also easy to get to carpark. Room was cleaned daily and restocking was excellent.
Our room didn't have enough plates cutlery and glasses for a family of 4. Room cleaning was late in the day however it is a big hotel so could be understandable. We booked a 2 room apt However there was windows at the top of the wall and a glass door at the front which made it difficult for the kids to sleep, if we were in the lounge watching TV. Which wasn't ideal but we managed it.
The young lad that greeted us on our arrival was excellent….thats what you call customer service 👍🤩
1. There was no luggage rack….there is enough room there for it.
2. The fruits salad in the restaurant could be cut a little smaller.

Location excellent, bed comfortable.
The second room had the queen bed squeezed into it, no room for bedside cabinets, so no side lights with o where to place items next to bed. Also as result of room so narrow, could barely get out the bed on one side and then had to squeeze past a wardrobe placed at end of bed.
We would love it if there were some bigger apartments available to fit 6 adults easily.
