Welcoming, cozy, accommodating.
Pros:

Everything went well. Staff were so lovely and accommodating. The rooms were very clean and had cute little hot chocolate packets, sugars, salt and pepper. Was cool how there was cooking appliances as well. Lovely stay. Even though bed covers are thin they are actually very warm blankets. Showers do come with complimentary body wash and shampoo and conditioner.

Cons:

The view from the side of hotel we stayed in was a bit underwhelming but was still a great stay everything was clean and had a lovely vibe to it. Felt smaller than rooms on other side of hotel.

Great location, good facilities.
Pros:

Great location, walking distance to Spark Arena & CBD. Good space in twin room for 2 people. Friendly & helpful staff. Shower was great, nice & hot & good pressure.

Cons:

Mirror would have been better on the other side so that it could be in the light.

It was very close to a venue we were attending so was fantastic.

Cons:

The walls were a little thin, but other than that was good. Would have also benefited from maybe just having a microwave included with the facilities as we had the basic room. Great place.

We would stay again, Had every thing as a family stay we needed.
Pros:

The Location was very easy to walt to city center, the amount of space in the unit was surprising and the value was great.

Cons:

The Heat pump was very loud. I think it needs a service
