Pros:

This is my third stay in Elite Palace. it did feel different for a while. Special thanks to Tolga, Ali, the blond lady and the young gentleman at the reception; they made up for the inconvenience we faced. we lost our mittens and we wanted to ask if they saw it near the hotel and directly were ready to check if anyone from the staff took it (which wasn't the case) the management is very decent and nice . the location is prime, the breakfast on January first was a completely different from previous days and was exactly as we used to have it in our past stays. the heating system is top notch. there is a hospital few steps away and an OPD.

Cons:

the Card "clean My room" has no value, you need to inform reception if you want your room cleaned. which really wasnt convenient as we were informed about that on our last day. the Hair dryer in our room didn't work and wasn't fixed for all ALL THE STAY !!. even though the weather was snowy!
the breakfast before January one was not to the level we used to have. the food wasn't covered, 2 days there were no eggs, sausage refilled ( at 9.50 there was no replacements to missing items, breakfast ends at 10.30 ) many variety and service was upon January 1. THE WIFI STOPPED AT 12.00 AM FROM OUR CHECK OUT DAY!!!! thanks to ALI he helped us obtain it again.

Pros:

Hotel był czysty, obsługa życzliwa i pomocna. Pokój był wygodny i ciepły. Śniadanie smaczne

Cons:

Prysznic był uszkdzony. Na moją prośbę wymieniono wąż do słuchawki ale nie można było przekierować do niej strumienia wody. Branie prysznica było niewygodne i zachlapywało podłogę w łazience. Kawa z ekspresu - słaba - nie pasowała do Turcji

Pros:

Tertemiz bir oteldi kahvaltısı çok iyiydi, personel aşırı ilgili ve kibardı, çok yorgundum check in saati öncesi gelmeme rağmen bana hazır odalardan birini verdiler, konumu çok iyi, karşısında meihur kore lokantası var, 15 20 dk içinde kuğulu parka yürünüyor, ben konser için gelmiştim salon 4 5 dk yürüme mesafesinde idi yanıbaşında, aştiden gelince metrodan sonra 25 dk kadar yürüyüp otele vardım, yatakları çok rahat odada kettle çay kahve vs vardı hep burada kalırım artık.

Pros:

Personnels très disponible et à l'écoute. Hôtel très propre et le wifi marche bien aussi dans les chambres et sans coupure.
Petit déjeuner copieux à bouffet ouvert avec un très bon caffet filtre.
À 5-6 minutes à pieds du centre des affaires et du métro Kizilay et pas très loin des ambassades.
Rapport qualité sur prix 5/5.

Otopark var diye yazıyor ancak uygun bir otopark yok, olan da yolun kenarı veya kaldırım üstü, manevra sorunu var. Temizlik iyi. Çalışanlar yardımcı.
