Pros:

In der Nähe befindet sich ein großer, praktischer und günstiger Parkplatz. Die Lage ist insgesamt gut, die wichtigsten Sehenswürdigkeiten sind bequem zu Fuß erreichbar. Das Zimmer war Standard, 7 von 10 Punkten, aber sauber und ohne unangenehme Gerüche.

Cons:

Das Frühstück war einfach und bot wenig Auswahl.

Хороший и уютный отель в центре города, в который хочется вернуться
Pros:

Очень понравился просторный номер с большой рабочей зоной и удобным расположением розеток. Персонал отеля очень вежливый и отзывчивый. Расположение идеальное: до центра (район Кызылай) и метро всего 15–20 минут пешком, а на самой улице и вокруг много магазинов популярных брендов, баров и ресторанов с отличной турецкой едой.

Cons:

Серьезных минусов нет, всё устроило.
Иногда случались мелкие технические неполадки с сантехникой, но это общего впечатления об отдыхе не испортило.

Aux petits soins avec moi !
Pros:

Tout le personnel de l'hôtel a été absolument fabuleux et gentil avec moi. Comme j'avais une entorse et que je me déplaçais difficilement, tout le monde m'a aidée et supportée. Ils ont tous été adorables et patients avec moi, je les remercie du fond du coeur.

Pros:

The hotel is located in a quiet and pleasant area, which made our stay relaxing. Our room was a good size and was very clean. The staff were exceptionally kind, friendly, and helpful throughout our stay.

Cons:

The room furniture and facilities were quite old, and the towels were worn out. There were no tissues provided in the room. The split air conditioner was installed only near the entrance, so the sleeping area did not receive enough cooling. The bathroom and toilet had no ventilation, which was inconvenient.

Badly maintained hotel with good location
Pros:

Clean and good location.

Cons:

the facilities have been quite old and no refurbishment in place. Expecially the bathroom facilities were all torn or outdated, marks and scars everywhere (walls, sinks etc). even the toilet brush has not been checked recently and was not usable.

Not their usual, Fair :(
Pros:

This is my third stay in Elite Palace. it did feel different for a while. Special thanks to Tolga, Ali, the blond lady and the young gentleman at the reception; they made up for the inconvenience we faced. we lost our mittens and we wanted to ask if they saw it near the hotel and directly were ready to check if anyone from the staff took it (which wasn't the case) the management is very decent and nice . the location is prime, the breakfast on January first was a completely different from previous days and was exactly as we used to have it in our past stays. the heating system is top notch. there is a hospital few steps away and an OPD.

Cons:

the Card "clean My room" has no value, you need to inform reception if you want your room cleaned. which really wasnt convenient as we were informed about that on our last day. the Hair dryer in our room didn't work and wasn't fixed for all ALL THE STAY !!. even though the weather was snowy!
the breakfast before January one was not to the level we used to have. the food wasn't covered, 2 days there were no eggs, sausage refilled ( at 9.50 there was no replacements to missing items, breakfast ends at 10.30 ) many variety and service was upon January 1. THE WIFI STOPPED AT 12.00 AM FROM OUR CHECK OUT DAY!!!! thanks to ALI he helped us obtain it again.

Hotel był czysty, obsługa życzliwa i pomocna. Pokój był wygodny i ciepły. Śniadanie smaczne

Cons:

Prysznic był uszkdzony. Na moją prośbę wymieniono wąż do słuchawki ale nie można było przekierować do niej strumienia wody. Branie prysznica było niewygodne i zachlapywało podłogę w łazience. Kawa z ekspresu - słaba - nie pasowała do Turcji

Tertemiz bir oteldi kahvaltısı çok iyiydi, personel aşırı ilgili ve kibardı, çok yorgundum check in saati öncesi gelmeme rağmen bana hazır odalardan birini verdiler, konumu çok iyi, karşısında meihur kore lokantası var, 15 20 dk içinde kuğulu parka yürünüyor, ben konser için gelmiştim salon 4 5 dk yürüme mesafesinde idi yanıbaşında, aştiden gelince metrodan sonra 25 dk kadar yürüyüp otele vardım, yatakları çok rahat odada kettle çay kahve vs vardı hep burada kalırım artık.
