Une semaine toute en douceur
Pros:

J’ai adoré la gentillesse du personnel, la cuisine, les restaurants vue mer. Superbe village tranquille, logement de qualité, superbes piscines. Mais le comble, c’était un concert en plein air chaque soir à terrasse du bar: j’en savoure encore les refrains…j’ai passé une très bonne semaine et je garderai un merveilleux souvenir, je reviendrai!

Cons:

Il faut prendre 1 navette(gratuite) pour aller à la plage( mais le trajet ne dure que 5 minutes)

Unfortunately, our experience at this hotel was disappointing, mainly because of the poor customer service.

We stayed at the hotel for 5 days and 4 nights and booked 4 rooms, making our reservation a significant one. On the day of departure, we requested a late check-out until 1:00 PM for just one room, simply because we had a late flight.

Despite this very reasonable request, the hotel refused without showing any willingness to help or offer an alternative. The staff’s attitude was unprofessional, inflexible, and disrespectful. We expected much better treatment, especially considering the size of our booking and the length of our stay.

Hospitality is about treating guests with respect and making reasonable efforts to accommodate them. Unfortunately, this hotel failed to do so.

Because of this experience, we will not be returning and cannot recommend this hotel to others.

Cons:

החדרים הוזמנו דרך בוקינג, נעשתה טעות והוזמן חדר למבוגר אחד במקום חדר לזוג ולמרות שהמחיר ששילמתי היה נמוך ב 40$ מהמחיר ששילמו הזוג שהיו איתנו, מנהל הקבלה התעקש שנשלם הפרש של 180 יורו ואף החזיק אותנו במשך שעה עד שיכולנו ללכת לחדרים שלנו, לבסוף התפשר על 150 יורו, קבלת פנים מאוד מאכזבת עבור מלון ששילמנו עליו מחיר שנחשב מאוד גבוה.

הזרם במקלחת חלש כדאי שתשפרו את זה.

המלון מיועד רק למי שמשכיר רכב, ללא רכב ההתנהלות אליו וממנו ובתוכו לא פשוטה.

An outstanding hotel, way beyond expectations. Clean, organized, with top-tier staff (Andriani at reception is one of the best team members the hotel has to offer), a dining room like a palace, and 10/10 service. Everything is fresh and accessible, the pools are insane, and the room and overall facility cleanliness are excellent. Renting a car is definitely worth it, even though there are constant shuttle services. The hotel is built into a mountain, so you’re surrounded by green nature with a sea view, which feels like paradise, but a rental car helps tremendously with getting around inside the property as well. The hotel directs you to a car rental company where you meet wonderful people like Sophia and Maria—unmatched service and willingness to help.

A place we would absolutely love to return to. Left us wanting more. Don't hesitate—simply perfect!

We had an absolutely wonderful stay at Esperos Village Blue & Spa and couldn’t have been happier with our experience. Everything exceeded our expectations. The food was absolutely incredible—every meal was delicious, fresh, and beautifully prepared. The room was spotless, exceptionally clean, and very comfortable throughout our stay. The spa was simply amazing, and the massage was beyond all expectations—without a doubt one of the best we have ever experienced. What truly made this hotel special was the staff. Everyone was incredibly kind, welcoming, and genuinely caring. We would especially like to thank the lovely hostess at the restaurant, who always did her best to find us the best table. Her kindness and warm smile made every meal even more enjoyable. We would also like to say a very special thank you for the thoughtful gifts prepared for our dog. The treats, toys, puppy pads, waste bags, and all the other little surprises meant so much to us. It was such a thoughtful gesture that made our furry family member feel just as welcome as we did. We are genuinely amazed by this place. Every detail reflects care, warmth, and exceptional hospitality. Thank you for making our vacation so special and unforgettable. We highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a truly outstanding experience! ❤️

מה שקצת מוריד זה מרגיש שכל דבר מנסים לגבות כסף קרח לחדר 5 יורו , סנוקר בלובי 10 יורו
בנוסף אין מספיק פעילויות סביב יוגה פילאטיס בתדירות גבוה יותר
בנוסף החוף שבשיתוף פעולה איתם אין אפשרות לחנייה בחוף נותנים לך להיכנס רק רגלית במיוחד שאתה מגיע מהירידה של ההר .

Un moment de détente et de repos absolue.
Pros:

La piscine au pied de la chambre, le petit dej fabuleux, le restaurant de piscine tres bon, une salle de sport bien équipée, les propositions vege et vegan, la navette hyper pratique, la plage très sympa. Un petit couac au début du séjour corrigé avec brio. La faune et la flore de l’hôtel, plein d’arbre, le paon, agréable de voir la nature. Le spa très bien aussi.

Cons:

Le personnel a l’air fatigué, je pense qu’en saison ils font beaucoup d’heures. Ça se sent.
Les cocktails sont pas aux mêmes niveau que le reste de l’expérience. Ils sont pas équilibrés.
