Very bad experience we did not even go inside. They did not even let us.
Pros:

I drove two hours to get to this hotel scammed my dad straight up they scammed my dad straight up to my dad’s face. They did not give us her $200 back. We paid $200 to get this hotel this hotel scam us please don’t get the hotel please don’t

I’ve stayed here multiple times and I really like the cleanliness, privacy, size of the rooms, and location

Clean and roomy
Pros:

The hotel was clean and the room was large.

Cons:

Most staff were helpful that I encountered, but my daughter had to make a shop purchase and the night desk was rude. Also the pool was indoors, but the water temperature was freezing cold - this was one reason we chose this hotel so it was disappointing.

Great stay great food and will stay again
Pros:

Room was big enough for our family of four. I loved having the small kitchen with the supplies like glasses and plates. Would have loved the indoor pool if it had been a tad warmer. Was an ice bath. lol. Kids loved it. And I loved the breakfast just wish it would start at 630 on weekends and the biscuits and gravy were offered both days. Definitely was the best biscuits and gravy I have had in awhile.

Cons:

Better shower head or just more pressure. I skipped washing my hair due to worried about getting soap out of it

Pros:

Easy check-in and out. Loved that it had a later check out time than most I have stayed in recently. We enjoy waking up and eating without rushing to check out. Great location close to restaurants, shops and gas. The room was big and comfortable. Loved that they use Pure shower products since I have some skin allergies. Everything was very clean. Breakfast was great with lots of options. Plenty of towels, soap, coffee, ect in the room. The parking lot was nice with good lighting. Close to the Arkansas college. Easy to get to all the local attractions. We will definitely stay here again on our next trip in the fall.

Cons:

I didn't have any complaints. Everything was great.

Phenomenal customer service, and an amazing room with good breakfast.
Pros:

It was a great location and pretty close to where everything is. Decent enough breakfast and the breakfast times were great.

Cons:

The foods for breakfast could be a little wider variety of meats and such, but everything else was amazing.

Disappointed
Cons:

I was given the wrong room at check in and clerk could not accommodate my booking because of 3rd party rule. But the clerk was rude and Booking.com ability to talk to someone was impossible. I will not use Booking.com anymore. The hotel was not full. The clerk could have accommodate my request, but she refused.

Unprofessional Front Desk guy CAM !!! Stay away
Pros:

Bad customer service from front desk guy Cam. Not 1 time not 2 times and even the third time. Have to leave could NOT stand the lies from this guy. Coming from a Diamond member. Just so you know how many hotel stays I do. Rest of the staff was good.
Decent rooms on the third and fourth floor. Back entrance doors don’t work even with the keys. Shame on them for keeping such unprofessional people.
