Worked with me and very friendly and great staff truly a nice hotel for price

Yes there were shops near by and no our room didn’t look over the ocean but we could walk out and get to it with ease

For an older hotel, it was quite nice. Location was right on the shore. Shopping and dining was very accessible in the area. Hotel manager was very accessible and extremely helpful! The hotel is doing some major remodeling to the seawall and pool. Unfortunately the pool was not currently open but it looked fantastic. Perfect place to watch the sunrise!

The room was clean.
Two live bugs in the refrigerator.
At first thought the smell was a cleaning with pine smell. Was there for three days and second day realized it was a must smell.
They never came in the room to change the trash and we had to go to them for clean towels.

You get what you pay for. Room smells like cigarettes smoke, air conditioning is too noisy and the access to the beach at that time was close, so we have to walk to another entrance

Property was clean,location convenient. Good price for my stay. Other reviews mentioned roaches,mold,ect. The room I stayed in was clean,no roaches,mold or mildew seen. Parking was a little tight at times. No ice available. Pool and beach entrance closed for repairs but public beach access next door at Tropical Winds Hotel. No breakfast or food available at Hotel but Tropical Winds next door has a great cafe. Overall my stay was good,would stay again.

Front desk seemed very rude at check-in my room was dirty not too bad but dirty the beds look like they've been just remade so I had to get new bedding I'm sure the blankets have not been washed in a long time because they had food dried up on them that I had to get new bedding there was trash behind one of the stands and look like someone had used a toilet before leaving the room because there's urine under the toilet seat I went to front desk about it and they did not do anything to make it right didn't even give a discount

Was surprised at how nice the room was and bed was comfy and shower water pressure was good. For the price amazing oceanfront hotel. My biggest complaint is tight parking and worried my car would be hit. Its not the ritz it’s an older hotel and they are repairing pool and ocean access from hurricane but all and all nice place just wish more parking
