Atrium Hotel

I booked the apartment and loved it. The place is not upscale, but tt was very spacious, with two bathrooms, long hallway and closet for hanging coats and clothes and leaving your shoes, a large bedroom, and a large kitchen-dining-family room. There were two (small) TVs. The staff were all very very nice and helpful. The cost was also very reasonable.

The two negative things:

1) breakfast. There was a nice variety of items, with cold cuts, cheeses, cereals, and breads. I like decent eggs for breakfast, but the eggs here, called "omelette" was some kind of a egg milk mixture baked in a big pan cut into small squares. Not appetizing or good tasting.

2) Soap and Shampoo for the shower were these flat one-use packages that you tear the corner off to use. I had to go buy shampoo and body soap for the shower.

I will stay here again. The shampoo and soap are easy to take care of, and if I really want a better breakfast, I can find another place on Nevsky Prospect 1/2 a block away.

Alles sehr gut bis auf das fehlende WLAN im Appartement (Nr.80).

Location is fine but not perfect, few blocks to Subway station but the hotel is located on Nevskiy Prospect past the Ploshchad Vosstaniya circle that is always congested so to get to main attractions you have to pass it through. Taxi can take long time during daytime, Subway is better option, but not for everyone.
Building is fine but everything else (rooms, carpet, furniture, shower etc.) is so dated. Carpet was quite dirty and stunk in my room (as well as in hallways). Room service is ok, they don't bother to wash a glass if you leave it on the table after drinking whiskey or juice. I guess they are limited to clean restroom and make your bed. Reception is ok and friendly. Breakfast has a lot of variety of foods but everything so tasteless I wouldn’t mind having half of what they offer but of decent quality. My plans to eat in the restaurant they have (Beer King) were ruined by those breakfasts. Everything was pretty much the same daily except few fruits and hot cereal. Pancakes are saggy and oily and omelet was made from some yellow substance distantly resembles eggs. Why do you need cut bananas and some other fruits like apples in pieces after some time they look not so fresh? I would not recommend for tourist unless there are no other hotels are available. If this hotel offered you as a part of tour package and you don’t want to upgrade in this case it is fine, but for tourist who travels on its own terms I would suggest to spend a little more and get a better experience

Clean, comfortable hotel in Nevsky Prospect area. Walking distance to Line 3 and 4 metro.

Hotel liegt etwa 80 m vom Nevskij in einer Seitenstraße. Dadurch relativ ruhig aber trotzdem sehr gute Verkehrsanbindung - Metro ca. 8 min.

Понравилось: удобное расположение, чисто, неплохой пивной ресторан. Не понравилось: сложности с парковкой, организация завтрака, а именно много народу со стороны по видимому туристические группы и скромный выбор, но в целом неплохо.

I recently checked in Atrium Hotel in early August. You don't find photos of petite rooms, average quality, on the hotel's website, in other words, there's not much chance to stay in grand rooms. My room was not air-conditioned and it was quite stuffy during the heat wave period. There was a serious drainage problem in the bathroom but I was allowed to change a new one. What made the worst experience was the poor quality of breakfast. Bland cheese and ham tasted like leftover and so did the eggy pudding/omellet. Porridge was normal. I bet you must be able to tell where they buy the cold, hard bun, toast, cake and cinemmon rolls. The kind of sausage was the worst plate. During my stay, I didn't see anyone pick one of those. In my opinion, if one has no heart to prepare meals, just leave it. Maybe, without breakfast, the hotel could lower the room price a bit. I am concerned about the reality of some comments, tasty breakfast.

Location: excellent, very close to 2 subway stations and Moscow railway station
Comfort: good bed, shower is somewhat small, free breakfast served
Phone calls: please note that phone calls to cell phones from a room are not supported by the hotel system and there is incoming misleading message that the phone is off or out of area of service. Whoever you are calling is not receiving your calls, it screwed one of my days. You need to ask front desk to dial it for you.
Price: always find the price on hotels.com
The hotel tries to charge by at least $20 more, ask them to settle for the price or book on hotels.com. Try to negotiate, their manager is not a smart guy and did not settle for my offer, so i booked on line.
There is no air conditioner, do not stay there in a hot season, killing temperatures inside and not cooling off at night.
Toulettries: only shampoo and soap, no hair conditioner
Other: There is a nice bar downstairs where you can get a good beer and an evening snack. The free breakfast was provided in the same bar.

Très agréable séjour, c'est avec plaisir que je reviendrais, et sûrement dans le même hôtel, étant proche du centre de St Petersbourg

Hotelli sijaitsee Nevski-prospectin sivukadulla muutaman sadan metrin päässä Alexander Nevskin metroasemalta ja Moskova-hotellista. Sijainti on oikein hyvä, vaikkakin Nevski prospectin "väärässä" päässä. Yhteydet kuitenkin toimivat hyvin ja alue on rauhallinen ja siisti. Hotelli on itsessään tavanomainen, kuitenkin siisti, toimiva ja turvallinen. Sänky on kovahko, tyynyt liian pehmeät ja ylinpäänkin kerrokseen kuuluu jonkin verran liikenteen melua. Nämä ovat kuitenkin aika pieniä murheitä.
Veden paine oli aika vaihteleva- useimmiten pieni (viidennessä kerroksessa) ja tullessamme huoneeseen siellä oli aika voimakas viemärin haju. Tuulettamalla haju kuitenkin lähti nopeasti eikä se ollut jatkuva ongelma. Kaiken kaikkiaan suositeltava, kotoisa hotelli silloin, kun aikansa viettää pääasiassa muualla. Aamiainen oli ihan ok, tosin likimain samanlainen koko ajan. Hedelmien runsaus oli hyvä juttu. Talon alakerrassa, nurkan takana on oikein hyvä olutravintola, mistä saa myös pikku purtavaa. Moskova- rautatieasemalle päin kävellessä tulee aika pian vastaan useita hyviä olut- ja ruokaravintoloita.

아침 식사의 메뉴 종류가 많지는 않지만, 깔끔하고 짜지않고, 전체 메뉴에 비해서 과일의 종류도 많고 싱싱합니다. 작지만 정성스럽고 친절한 호텔.

Внимательный администратор, чистый номер и тихий номер, вкусный завтрак. Заявленный уровень полностью соответствует фактическому положению дела, и это радует.

Отель оставил очень хорошее впечатление. В номере очень чисто, тепло и уютно. Есть все самое необходимое. Замечательные кровати и постельное белье. Я редко сплю в отелях, а в этот раз спала очень хорошо. Вкусные завтраки. Персонал очень доброжелательный и отзывчивый.

Удобный и чистый отель в спокойном центральном районе, хорошая транспортная доступность.
Приличный пивной ресторан. Завтраки скромные, "европейские". Плохая звукоизоляция. Видимо перегородки между номерами из гипсокартона... А впрочем, хорошее соотношение "цена-качество". Из-за удобства расположения и чистоты и хорошего обслуживания в отеле рекомендую.

нормальный отель,но плохая звукоизоляция,в соседнем номере пожилая пара очень громко разговаривала,слышно каждое слово.Не повезло((

На выходные брали улучшенный номер в данном отеле, до этого были в этом же отеле но только в апартаментах. В этот раз брали улучшенный номер. - Маленькая кровать и одно маленькое одеяло, постоянно пахло из туалета канализацией - обратились на ресепшен, с просьбой исправить... мадам с недовольным лицом сказала, что одеяло второе принесут и в туалет поставят дезодорирующее средство... в итоге прождали несколько часов и так никто не пришел... В общем не понравилось.

Bon petite déjeuner, la situation est bien, le prix de chambre est correct

Un peu éloigné du centre, mais proche d'une station de métro. Les chambres sur la cour sont très calmes. L'hôtel est actuellement en travaux, le petit-déjeuner se prend dans un restaurant à 50 m de l'entrée. Adresse à recommander.
