Excellent place to stay
Pros:

I enjoyed it more than my normal hotel there. I think moving forward, this will be my new place to stay when I visit Florida. Everything was spotless, staff was great and friendly, the room was great, lots of room to move around. Thank you for the hospitality. I highly recommend this place.

I just couldn't stay a little longer 😊

Unprofessional and uninformed staff
Cons:

Cancelled reservation within timeline allocated, but charged one night’s stay. And the day I was due to check in, I was charged an extra $100. At 2 am the next morning, a desk clerk called to ask me where I was, if I were coming. I said that the reservation had long been cancelled, then asked why I was charged an additional $100. He replied uhmmm…then he hung up on me!

Smelled clean, looked clean. Friendly staff.

Cons:

The breakfast was just, okay. Eggs tasted like liquid or powdered, sausage was thin and ..eh. pacake machine was being obnoxious. After every one, the bag claimed to be empty, and needed changed, even though it had plenty. They beds were hard, woke up incredibly stiff in the morning. Could use a night light in the bathroom

A wonderful place to stay. All the staff were very nice and very helpful.
The hotel was very clean and well taken care of. The room was excellent and the bed was very comfortable.

Our stay at HI Express in Apopka, FL was excellent; We intend to come back to Orlando area in May.
Pros:

What's not to like? Our 4 day stay was excellent. The room was clean, recently refurbished to modern motiff, with a splash of Western U.S. influence.
Breakfast was efficient, laid out great and the toasters worked! There was scrambled eggs, (turkey sausage patties & links.)
instant pancakes (not pre-cooked!)
Our room was very, very nice. clean everything. Xlnt TV, good WIFI. Big king size bed, nicely filled pillows and all the electric enmities. Love seat sofa, desk and lots of room to move a wheelchair.
The staff was excellent, the cleaning staff also excellent. We required towels; a few came straight away with a smile.
Everyone, including maintenance, cleaning staff; all excellent.
We are coming back in May. Guess which hotel we'll book.

I won’t go back.
Pros:

Good location. Goid breakfast.

Cons:

Bathroom was poor. Very small water volume out of sink. Bad lighting for shaving. Couldn’t change thermostat. TV was so so.

Best place to stay, Restful nights.
Pros:

It’s so easy to check in, Staff is very friendly and professional. I stay here every time I come to Orlando. Easy to drive in and out of Apopka to find places to eat.

Not good value for money. Passable but gonna look elsewhere for a better experience

Comfortable clean bed. And the pool

Cons:

Third time at this hotel and don't want to be too negative. The room was clean but constant weird noises all throughout the night for each night of a 3 night stay. Also only got our room cleaned and towels changed once. I wouldn't normally complain but this time around the room cost 600 pounds! Normally it's 380. Even at 380 the noise would have bothered me. I kept waking up thinking the noise was inside the room. But it was literally every ten minutes from this and that side. creaks,bumps, thuds and general out of place sounds. Also we happened to have a door adjoining the next room which ive never had it was locked but i didn't trust it. And with the noise going on i basically slept terribly. Really Really annoying. I do like this hotel and have had good experience before. But I'm leaning to use another place next time because it was kind of disappointing and didn't feel particularly well looked after. Would have asked about being moved to another room. I felt embarrassed to ask because although the staff were polite I was kind of uncomfortable asking for anything because they had a vaguely unapproachable demeanour.
