Geweldige dagen! Aanrader!
Pros:

Tijdens onze rondreis door Italië verbleven wij begin oktober drie nachten in Capo Vaticano Resort Thalasso Spa. Ons verblijf was echt fantastisch en we zouden zonder twijfel terugkomen!

Vooraf hadden we enkele minder positieve reviews over de service gelezen, maar wij hebben alleen maar goede ervaringen gehad. Het personeel was ontzettend vriendelijk en behulpzaam. De receptie is 24 uur per dag beschikbaar, waardoor ook ons zeer vroege uitchecken op de vertrekdag geen enkel probleem was.

Onze kamer was ongelooflijk schoon en werd iedere dag uitstekend schoongemaakt, met steeds weer frisse handdoeken. Het zoutwaterzwembad was heerlijk en ook het strand was gemakkelijk bereikbaar en erg fijn. Tijdens ons verblijf waren er altijd ligbedden beschikbaar en kregen we dagelijks schone badhanddoeken voor het zwembad of het strand. Bij de bar konden we terecht voor een lekker drankje.

Het ontbijt was iedere ochtend uitgebreid en gevarieerd, met veel verse en lekkere opties. Van de spa hebben we vanwege ons korte verblijf geen gebruik gemaakt, dus daar kunnen we niets over zeggen.

We hebben drie heerlijke dagen gehad en eigenlijk geen enkel minpunt ervaren. Ook het weer was begin oktober fantastisch, gewoon alle dagen zon! Voor ons was dit dus ook buiten het hoogseizoen een heerlijke bestemming. Een absolute aanrader!

Прекрасный свой пляж и море просто чудесное. Хороший бассейн с подогревом, хороший кофе и завтраки, большие номера с террасами или балконами. Очень понравился фитнесс и групповые занятия йога, пилатес, воркаут, тренажорный зал не очень.

Cons:

Входная дверь в номер была сломана, у нас номер был с входом с улицы и входная дверь шаталась, замок был весь поломан. Вода в душе не уходила, не работал слив. Ужасный ресторан на ужин, просто катастрофа. Очень скудный выбор, всего 3 основных блюда, пару закусок и 2-3 десерта, порции маленькие, цены непропорционально высокие, официанты надменные, невнимательные к клиентам, очень долго не приносят хлеб и напитки. Попросила к пасте пармезан, пришла официантка, маленькой ложечкой посыпала сверху и тут же унесла, обычно пармезан всегда ставят на стол, я чесно в шоке была.

O café da manhã é muito bom. Aaa, as instalações são muito bonitas, o conforto é bem grande.

No domingo teve um artista de jazz que foi simplesmente fantástico, uma experiência muito legal. No geral, a praia vale muito a pena

Cons:

O staff é ruim, chegando a ser rude. Também tive um óculos que foi subtraído nas instalações, no que eu esqueci em algum lugar. Também testemunhei outros hóspedes também não achando pertences. Achei isso muito estranho. Outro ponto que decepcionou muito foi a cozinha, que apesar de muito incensada, não entregou em absoluto a qualidade compatível com o custo da acomodação. No máximo, mediana para ruim. E isso é péssimo, porque não há outras opções de comida próximas.

Odiosa la gente che in piscina mette i teli e non li toglie fino a fine giornata anche se rientrano in camera o vanno a mangiare per ore… un po di controllo non guasterebbe

Forse un minimo di animazione… ma proprio un minimo… ci starebbe, anche se una delle caratteristiche della location è proprio il relax e la tranquillità
