This would be my go-to hotel in Prague
Pros:

This property is in a super location. Very central - close to the main square and Charles Bridge, yet down a quiet cobbled street with a cute little restaurant next door for added charm! It's small but perfectly formed and that only adds to its charm. The rooms are clean and the beds comfortable. We were in an inner facing room, so there was no view but that doen't matter to us - if we weren't sleeping, we were out exploring Prague! The ladies on reception are amazing - they are as good as customer service gets. I would definitely stay here again - so much nicer that the bigger corporate-style hotels :-)

Wonderful in every respect.
Pros:

Location. Location. Location. A very very short walk to the Charles Bridge and Old Town Square. Right in the thick of things tucked down a small street which was wonderfully quiet. We didn’t hear anything from the packed streets below.

The staff were beyond wonderful. The room was spacious, clean and had everything you needed. Breakfast was great with again everything you could want or need.

Highly highly recommended.

There was nothing to dislike whatsoever

Pros:

הצוות אליס ואומנה מדהימות!!! מלון מקסים, חדרים יפים, הכל נקי, מיקום מושלם ביותר, ארוחת בוקר מעולה וטעימה. אבל בסוף, את כל העבודה נעשית על ידי אנשים, הבנות בקבלה נותנים שירות יוצא דופן מכל הבחינות!!! נחזור לכאן שוב בוודאות

This hotel engaged in a rather UNETHICAL practice with us. I booked and prepaid 3 nights. Arrived past the check-in time (in the morning of the second day), to find out that the hotel had cancelled my entire reservation and sold my room to someone else. Tough luck they said, and we will also keep all your money, as this was their “penalty” . I could understand if they had charged me one night fee, but 3?? Yes it’s written in the small print but that does not make it more ethical. Oh and btw booking said to us “tough luck” as well, so buyer beware….

Excelente opción
Pros:

La ubicación excelente, desayuno surtido y muy bueno, el personal muy colaborador.

Recomiendo usar el transporte del hotel desde y hacia el aeropuerto, es puntual y precio muy razonable.

Beautiful experience
Pros:

Breakfast is pretty standard, but there's really everything you can ask for.
Room is comfortable yet of course a bit small, but that is part of the experience. Everything was spotless and ready.
The staff (receptionist) was VERY kind and lovely.

Cons:

The room in the top floor was actually very hot due to the weather.
The A/C is unable to cool the room, the staff tried to handle this with two extra fans installed in the room.
If you can, choose a room on the first or second floor in summer months.
Do not expect to have a view from the room, there are two rooms on every floor that face other buildings, not the beautiful street.
Windowsill was dirty from bird excrement.

We had a great time!
Pros:

Location was amazing also the staff. We had a situation with the noise from a construction and Itka was super nice and upgraded our room.

Litet hotell med toppenläge i gamla stan. Trevlig och tillmötesgående personal. Tyst och lugnt trots centralt läge.

Cons:

Det är ett gammalt hus så avloppen luktade till och från en hel del i rummet. Städningen var sådär - jag har personligen väldigt svårt för att hitta mörka hårstrån överallt. Frukosten kunde haft bättre brödsorter men var för övrigt god och det fanns mycket att välja på.

Perfect location
Pros:

Perfect location, 3 minute walk in one direction to the Charles bridge and 3 minutes in the other direction to the old town square.
Lots of lovely bars and restaurants.
