Great place, great location, for sure I will use it again once in Prague.
Pros:

Nice room and a very polite lady at the reception. The location is perfect for visiting the city, yet it is on a quiet street, so it’s very peaceful at night. The bathroom is also very well equipped.

Cons:

I don’t recall anything particularly negative. Perhaps the glasses provided in the room could have been a bit cleaner.

Perfect location for a short break.
Pros:

The hotel is in a great location, short walk from Charles Bridge and Old Town Sq. Room was a good size, very clean and up to date. Breakfast we a good range and staff were very friendly. Despite being so central the location was quiet, so all in all it was perfect.

Отель знаходиться в самому центрі міста. Дуже близько від Карлового моста і Пражських курсантів. В номері було дуже чисто, привітливий персонал і смачні сніданки.

Spotless bed very comfortable staff amazing from the people running the kitchen cleaning staff and the two ladies at reception. They couldn’t do enough for you . Thank you

Posizione Perfetta e Staff Eccezionale
Pros:

La posizione è unica! A pochi metri da Ponte Carlo, nel cuore della Città Vecchia, ottima per raggiungere qualsiasi punto di interesse a piedi, eppure molto silenziosa. La gentilezza dello staff è stata sopra ogni aspettativa.

Cons:

L'unico aspetto che non ho trovato perfetto è la pulizia, purtroppo in camera c'è la moquette, che scalda sicuramente, ma è poco igienica. E anche la pulizia giornaliera del bagno potrebbe migliorare.

Every thing was 5 star gave us a bottle of prosseco for my wifes birthday.stored are suit case till the evening.and offered us tea coffee and cakes when we returned for are suit case.it was amazing. very helpfull staff. exellent locasion. Exellent room and very relaxing beds.exellent breakfast.had it all. Will defenetly return. highly recomended.*****

IMPECÁVEL
Pros:

A equipe é incrível, especialmente a recepcionista Romana, que foi extremamente atenciosa conosco. Nosso voo chegou muito cedo e ela fez de tudo para nos ajudar. Romana foi de uma gentileza e profissionalismo raros.

A localização do hotel é surreal, pertíssimo da ponte e cercado por ótimos restaurantes (amamos especialmente o que fica ao lado do hotel). O quarto é super confortável, o chuveiro é ótimo, tem banheira e várias amenidades (sabonete, shampoo, condicionador, hidratante etc.).

O café da manhã é divino!

Indico para todos, especialmente mulheres viajando sozinhas. Viajei apenas com a minha mãe e nós nos sentimos seguras, acolhidas e muito bem cuidadas durante toda a estadia. Voltaríamos mil vezes!
