Piccolo albergo curato in posizione perfetta

Albergo piccolo e molto curato, situato vicino al Ponte Carlo.
Lo staff è estremamente gentile e attento a ogni esigenza del cliente.
Le camere sono pulite e curate in ogni minimo dettaglio, dotate di cassaforte, frigobar e possibilità di preparare tè o caffè in camera.
I letti sono molto comodi e la colazione a buffet, sia dolce che salata, è davvero deliziosa.
La posizione è ideale per muoversi comodamente a piedi nel centro storico.
È inoltre disponibile, a pagamento, un servizio taxi da e per l’aeroporto.

Pros:

Colazione ottima, molto ricca nonostante il piccolo spazio. La posizione è centralissima, ci siamo sempre spostati a piedi. Il personale è molto gentile, Romana ci ha aiutato con un problema già prima della partenza.

Wir können das Hotel uneingeschränkt empfehlen- wir kommen definitiv wieder, nur dann länger - vielen Dank, liebe Alice!
Pros:

Das Hotel ist sehr sauber, die Zimmer klein aber sehr komfortabel und gemütlich. Das Frühstücksbüffet war super, auch der Kaffee aus dem guten Vollautomaten richtig gut. Die Lage in der Altstadt ist zentral und pittoresk. Besonders auffällig war das extrem höfliche und um einen guten Service bemühte Personal – insbesondere Alice an der Rezeption. Jeder Wunsch wurde uns förmlich von den Lippen abgelesen. Uns wurde sogar ein wunderschönes und gutes Restaurant vermittelt, in dem wir dank Alice noch einen Platz bekamen, obwohl es eigentlich ausgebucht war.

Cons:

Wir hatten leider das Pech, dass am Vortag ein Fußballländerspiel zwischen Tschechien und England stattgefunden hatte. Dementsprechend laut war das betrunkene Restpublikum aus England in der Altstadt unterwegs. Um die Ecke war der irische Pub, wo sich die betrunkenen Fußballfans sammelten und feierten, so dass wir nachts kaum Schlaf fanden.

Great stay, perfect!
Pros:

Lovely boutique hotel in a perfect central location. The rooms were clean and cozy, staff was friendly and helpful. Great choice for exploring Prague, everything is within walking distance.

Moc příjemný hotel přímo v centru Prahy, takže skvělá dostupnost pěšky. Paní recepční byla velmi milá a se vším ráda poradila. Snídaně byla dostačující až překvapivá na to, že to není velký hotel.

Great place, great location, for sure I will use it again once in Prague.
Pros:

Nice room and a very polite lady at the reception. The location is perfect for visiting the city, yet it is on a quiet street, so it’s very peaceful at night. The bathroom is also very well equipped.

Cons:

I don’t recall anything particularly negative. Perhaps the glasses provided in the room could have been a bit cleaner.
