The bed was uncomfortable.. no storage in the bathroom...not enough hangers ..could it get wifi to work on my phone..instead of Fairfield guest..had to use Fairfield conference before I could get to work and then not always..and the kitchen ...in most hotels we have stayed in suites...there is a full kitchen and a table and chairs...this "suite" was very small...the only thing along it a suite was the "wall" separating the bed from the rest of the room.. and my almost fell in the tub...only one grab bar at front of tub and the "non slip" stickers on the floor of the tub were not very good

Pros:

Loved the cleanliness, the breakfast variety and taste was great and the kitchen staff was so friendly and helpful. Overall it was an "A" stay!

Cons:

Beds need new mattresses, two of us woke up with backaches.

Overall, the hotel was adequate for our needs, and we will probably stay there again if we visit th.
Pros:

The beds were reasonably comfortable. The hotel was quiet, without a lot of disturbances.

Cons:

The room could have been cleaner. There was an empty soda bottle under the edge of the bed from a previous occupant.

Great Location, Great Stay
Pros:

This Fairfield has just been completely renovated and is very nice! The location is great, right off I-24. The lobby areas and the room were both lovely. The desk staff were very helpful. The breakfast was okay.
Next time we’re in the Chattanooga area this is where we will stay.

There’s better out there look around first

Stayed hear are last day of are holiday, didn’t check reviews it was a last minute thing after trailing all day, my wife went in to check availability as we didn’t book,we don’t do booking .com you have no one to go back to if something is wrong they pass the buck, anyway my wife went in to reception no one there she had to go and find the cleaner to go and find someone, after finding the receptionist she couldn’t be bothered not helpfull at all. We went out for a few hours. Came back no one on reception again. People could just walk in and out. As for the room we had room number 205 second floor back of hotel clean room comfy bed. But room it dated, also could hear everything from adjacent rooms walls like paper,also windows don’t keep noise out ,you can hear all the traffic from the bottom of the hill si if your a light sleeper like me find somewhere els

Best Hotel Ever
Pros:

Wonderful room! So clean. We had a bad experience at Spring Hill Marriott in Florida and came to this hotel headed home. They were able to check us in at 1am in 5 minutes!Such a relief this place was. Clean, smelled great, plenty of towels, smiling/sweet staff, and great breakfast! Opposite of the other Marriott.
