Hotel T.A.P Paradise

The rooms were unclean: it was a crime in covid time. They refused to change the sheet and also said the blankets could not be replaced. The staff was rude and uncooperative.

Not maintained properly. Bathroom not clean. Jet pipe was broken.

The room was spacious and air con was good. Unfortunately the drain blocked in the bathroom, it was sort of fixed, but blocked again very quickly. In a decent location. Overall ok for the the price.

The Expedia website showed an AC room but the hotel gave a Non-Ac room. The staff was rude as hell and the rooms were stinking and dirty. Stay at this hotel only if you want to live inside a toilet along with rude staff.

Pathetic Experience.. the Hotel is not meant for Family , Friend or Couple..

the hotel is good, centrally llocated for shopping -near krmarket,kgroad shopping and also near majestic centre etc., good hotels for food etc., nice to stay -serving is ok etc.,

The environment is well, but some loop in services, But in this range it is best one.

A dissappionting experience, nothing to say good about the hotel. I booked for 2 days but left it without staying for one single day. If anyone is going on a vacation pls dont prefer it.

Close to public transport. Value for money to stay in the city

Hotel 25mn by taxi from Bengalore international airport! Clean and very confortable bed! Perfect for a well deserved sleep after a long flight or before going back home! Lovely people, and very helpful at the reception desk. Don't expect to relax in the "spa": the worst part of the hotel! I hoped to pamper myself with a massage and Ayurvedic treatment before leaving India despite the higher price than in the best spa in Mysore. It could have been okay by mastering my feeling of disappointment related to the poor setting and to the poor parallel service, but I have not been able to endure the surrounding din and the lack of consideration from the female masseuse. It really ruined my experience. An indoor swimming-pool of good length.

The worst hotel experience I have ever had in my life. If I had an option I would've stayed anywhere else possible.
The reception staff is extremely disrespectful. In the middle of the night they required me to talk to confirm with Expedia as they have absolutely no responsibility on whatsoever the Expedia confirmed. i had a very stressful stay. Pillows are dirty . Looks like not washed after the previous person checked out. Toilet WC are dirty and the staffs said they can't clean it more than that. Room lock doesn't work. I had no trust in leaving my things when I stepped out.

when i am going to hotel . stiff very insult me &my wife , no room ur room is clancess ,i am very trable .booking online very bad, friend dont book the room in this hotel

For the rupees a day you pay you get clean but worn bedding, Clean but worn facilities. Working air conditioner and European toilet. On the whole reasonable value for money for those on a 3 star budget (I extended my stay as the cost of moving to a 5 star outweighed the benefit of improved facilities and comfort)

First day room was up to tap standard, when asked to change the room staff were very friendly and moved us to better room. Had trouble with WIFI but staff fixed the problem. Though Tap Paradise is OK but roads are very narrow and wet all the time.
