Pros:

The staff were friendly and helpful. The pack up breakfast was a feast. The breakfasts were lovely. The location is round the corner from the cloth hall.

Cons:

Bath towels were a tad small. Yep that's all I have got. I would definitely use this hotel and others in the chain again.

Pros:

La ubicación, la estética, la disponibilidad de personal, todo muy bueno. Si regresaremos a Cracovia volveríamos ahí. Recomendado!

Cons:

Un poco difícil la entrada principal si se tiene un cochecito para bebés pero éso es todo

Wyśmienite śniadanie, bardzo duży wybór i dodatkowo opcja z karty, wszystko świeże, plus jabłka na recepcji - miły akcent. Bliskość Dworca głównego była dla mnie istotna, bardzo czysta i elegancka, nowoczesna łazienka

Cons:

Pokój nie do końca wygodny - stare meble np. rozklekotane krzesło, na którem nie dało się siedzieć, wszystkie meble i elementy drewniane - np. framugi mocno dotknięte zębem czasu, co psuje komfort. Dodatkowo pokój był bardzo ciemny - wszystkie lampy miały żółte żarówki - to w zasadzie uniemożliwiało poczytanie wieczorem.
