Nothing is perfect
Pros:

Good location.

Cons:

The reception staff were not very helpful or welcoming, which was disappointing. On the positive side, the breakfast waitresses were professional and attentive. The breakfast area is quite small, and the room lacks basic amenities such as a coffee machine and drinkable water. Water is supposed to be available in the corridor, but the container was often empty.

Pros:

Great location, super clean, everything needed for a comfortable stay, including water dispenser on each floor. Breakfast was great, and we had a packed breakfast/lunch for the day we had to leave early for a tour too. Def recommend

Endast det positiva kom med i min förra recension. Fult! Så nu skriver jag om den i kortare version. Bra: läge, frukost. Dålig: varmt rum utan chans att reglera värmen då fläkten (sin skulle vara en ac) inte gick att reglera. Knöliga kuddar. Liten säng. Inga gardiner. Kommer inte tillbaka.

Pas de la faute de l’hôtel mais il y a un bar dans la rue qui génère des nuisances sonores jusqu’à tard dans la nuit.

Soggiorno buono ma con aspetti da rivedere
Pros:

La struttura è centralissima. Uno stile moderno, la camera abbastanza accogliente. Il bagno è ampio e spazioso.
La colazione si tiene al primo piano con una buona offerta di cibo, selezionato, in quanto la saletta è per 9 tavoli.
Le scelte extra sono free e interessanti.
Lo staff della colazione, è stato abbastanza attento e veloce.

Cons:

Lo staff al check-in risultava un po’ freddo.
Non ci sono state date tutte le info necessarie, come per esempio, quelle relative alla spa e al funzionamento della sauna interna.
Informazioni che ci sono state date solo su richiesta dai colleghi dei turni successivi.

In più volendo usufruire della sauna, gratuita, bisognava andare in una saletta dedicata ad essa, priva di staff. Un po’ smarriti, abbiamo chiesto info in reception. La sauna è stat azionata dal programma dell’addetto al front Office, e ci sono voluti più di 35 minuti per raggiungere la temperatura adatta. Successivamente, uscendo, ci siamo accorti che la temperatura stessa aveva ampiamente superato la soglia idonea per il trattamento, ossia era arrivata a 91 gradi, quando la corretta dovrebbe essere 85.

I had a comfortable stay!
Pros:

Choosing Unicus for its central location and the option of an airport shuttle turned out to be a great decision for me, because my flight was very early in the morning.

The Hotel is right on the main square, making it very close to everything, while still being located on a quiet street.

The hotel room was clean and well organised also the staff was very kind, welcoming and helpful.

Pros:

The staff were friendly and helpful. The pack up breakfast was a feast. The breakfasts were lovely. The location is round the corner from the cloth hall.

Cons:

Bath towels were a tad small. Yep that's all I have got. I would definitely use this hotel and others in the chain again.
