Great Location and Quiet Room
Pros:

The location was great. Liked hte bed and the water pressure in the shower. Breakfast was good and part way through our stay we were given a plate of goodies and fruit. The staff was very helpful

Cons:

Not a biggie and the water leaked a little onto the floor in the shower.

Perfect stay
Pros:

Really enjoyed our stay here. Staff service was top notch, friendly, quick to help, and genuinely caring the whole time. They also arranged a smooth airport transfer and set up our trip to the Wieliczka Salt Mine, both handled perfectly without any stress. Would recommend this place to anyone. Thanks a lot

Pros:

Bardzo miłe wrażenia z pobytu. Dostaliśmy świeżo wyremontowany pokój z widokiem na kościół, co było dodatkowym miłym akcentem. Wszystko bardzo się podobało, czystość i wystrój na wysokim poziomie. Personel zasługuje na 5 gwiazdek, mili i zawsze pomocni. Zdecydowanie polecamy ten hotel :)

Det ligger sentralt og er et fint hotell til en grei pris.

Cons:

Liten frokostsal, kunne bli fult og en må vente. Gikk tomt for brødmat. Men stort pluss for at en kunne bestille fra meny.

Close to the Old Town with excellent breakfast—highly recommended for families.
Pros:

We stayed as a family of five in two rooms in early August. The hotel is about a 15-minute walk from Krakow Main Station, but the beautiful streets made the walk pleasant. Located on the northern edge of the Old Town, it’s a short walk to the Main Square and about 15 minutes on foot to Wawel Castle.
The rooms showed some signs of age but were kept clean. The air conditioning performance differed between our second-floor and third-floor rooms; the second-floor AC was a bit weak. Nevertheless, the beds had the right firmness and were comfortable enough to rest after busy days. During our stay, an extra bed was accidentally damaged, but the staff responded very quickly—thank you for that.
Breakfast was excellent; you could order mainly egg dishes which were cooked to order and all were very tasty, leaving both adults and children very satisfied. The staff were friendly, the hotel was clean, and there were water dispensers on each floor.
Overall, we were very pleased with our stay.
