Comfortable restaurant in A1 location if needing the ADO bus station. Good restaurants close by and an excellent pool area.

The humidity in the room was quite uncomfortable.
They need a major update in all the rooms. They have open windows screens let’s all the mosquitoes in. mirror’s were all rusted. No coffee makers. Weather is humid and you have no ice machines to provide to guest. Service was bad not notified at anytime that we were going to have to pay additional charges per night for some random code was never advised. We paid for a whole week in just the 2nd night the light just flicked and just went off notified desk and security when passed by and didn’t replace until literally our last night there. We was next to security or some type of clock in station for works and person siting there working for hotel had music since 4 am and we told front desk and nothing was done about it. Overall it was just a bad experience. Major upgrade needed.

Not bad,the service is ok, they need to work on their customer service,the food is not bad.
This hotel is located in the downtown area of Cancun, just across the street from the ADO bus station, which was very convenient for our travelling needs. We will be using it again.
If you need to go on the ADO bus you can’t beat the location - place is ok nothing to complain about, it is great for a one night stay
Easy acess to the the aifrport and Tren Maya by shuttle from ADO station
An oasis in an ugly part of town. Service slow at the restaurant and can use an elevator for us over 60 folks with canes.
Pools could be a little cleaner but not bad and the Pina coladas are excellent.

Room was ok for 1 night; clean but worn. next to ado bus terminal.
Big negative was extremely load machine somewhere outside the room 240 which made sleeping difficult.

Good location in downtown, easy access to nearby place. The bed sheet is quite humid, feeling not that good. The hair dryer is not provided solely for each room, and it can be borrowed from front desk. Overall worth for the price.
