За эту цену вполне себе нормально, все работало. Единственный недостаток слишком мягкие матрасы.

Понравилось: Хорошее расположение, очень удобная система бесконтактного заселения и выселения. Сам номер не большой, но очень уютный. На кухне есть все необходимое.
Не понравилось: у этого отеля несколько локаций, нам досталась та, что на 5 этаже дома без лифта с убитой парадной. В номере был отломан стульчак в туалетной комнате и был наполовину сломан стол. За 4 дня мы дважды вешали табличку с просьбой прибраться, но приборки так и не было.

Meter medo, sujo e mal cuidado. O hotel era no sétimo andar e não havia elevador e o pior estas informações não constam na descrição do imóvel quando se faz a reserva. Não tem ar condicionado, fazia 30graus Celsius e a única coberta fornecida era um edredom. Como o check in deveria ser feito em outro endereço, solicitei um serviço de mensageiro para nos levar a chave. Mandaram-nos um portador grosseiro e que só falava russo. Tentei falar por telefone com o escritório responsável pelo check in para obter informação sobre a devolução das chaves, rede e senha para o Wi-Fi e fui atendida por uma pessoa com um inglês péssimo e não conseguimos nos entender, embora eu seja fluente em inglês.

The apartment is in the center of St.Petersburg on Nevsky Prospect just 10 min walking from Gostiny Dvor. The only inconvenience for some people may be that the apartment is on the fifth floor but the building lacks elevators. The apartment itself was small, studio type but was well equipped. I noticed some problems though. The double bed were in fact two beds put near each other but not attached to each other and if one beds moved during the night you could well fall through the gap between them. :) The second problem was deficit of wall plugs, so I have difficulty finding convenient one for my laptop. Wi-fi was also weak. Otherwise my stay was good.

High up in a block of flats with no lift could be an issue for people who struggle to walk/climb stairs. The location itself is fantastic and makes up for the long climb up the stairs. Would definitely stay here again if in St Petersburg!

The apartment is in the center of Saint-Petersburg - a 10 min walk from Gostinny Dvor. It is located on the fifth floor and there are no elevators. The apartment itself is a room in a big multi-room apartment that was transformed into a hotel-like accommodation. You are given 3 keys to 3 doors: the door to the building, the door to the big apartment and the door to your room. To collect them you need to go to their office around 500 m away (there is no reception desk in the accommodation itself). However you can drop the keys into the box inside the big apartment when you leave.
The room itself is partitioned into a living room, two bed rooms (with big 2*2 m beds) and a bath room. Up to 4 people may stay there (I was alone). The room lived up to my expectations but the bathtub needed a repair and wi-fi was not working all the time. There was no TV but I did not need one. The service was limited - they only emptied the rubbish bin everyday.
The hotel is a good option when you need a serviced apartment without a reception, for instance, when you want to bring night time guests.

3 ключа (одна связка на номер) к 4-ем дверям (сами разберетесь), 5-ый этаж + 4 площадки. и с каких это пор гости должны сами за ключами куда-то ехать?

хуже, чем элегия - там хотя бы был нормальный душ и лифт.

Начать стоит с круглосуточной стойки регистрации: да, она есть... Но вот находится через пару кварталов от "отеля", и узнать об этом удалось лишь притащившись с вещами к "отелю", прорвавшись чудом через 2 решетки с кодовыми замками и после долгих и безуспешных звонков в дверь... Пройдя эти пару кварталов до улицы Караванной, удалось найти ту самую стойку регистрации и оставить вещи, ибо поселение уж никак не раньше 14...
Ну от номера никто ничего и не ожидал, подкупало расположение, так что оставим без комментариев.... Не "айс" однозначно, бедненько, ну и не то чтобы особо чистенько....
Инета в номере не было... Вернее был, но только в туалете и не всегда...
Утром выяснилось, что горячей воды тоже нет.... Однако после многочисленных звонков на ресепшен и полуторачасового ожидания прихода некоего "мастера" проблема (к чести "отеля"!) была решена... Не останавливаясь на достигнутом, мы попробовали решить и проблему с интернетом... И она была таки к вечеру решена, спасибо службе поддержки! Единственное - неприятно ощущать себя какими-то капризными , которым зачем=то нужна горячая вода и интернет... Видимо, обычно этого не требуется...

5 story building with no lift / elevator. Apartment rooms are at top floor. Good luck if you are carrying heavy luggage. Entrance to the building is smelly. Then you have to walk up 5 floors to the apartments. Rooms are just big enough to fit in a double bed. Bed linen was clean and tidy when arrived. Kitchen is okay with a electric stove, dishes, few utensils. You can cook a meal. Departmental store is nearby. Best part is the location. Right on Nevsky avenue if you consider 15 meters into the Luiteny avenue, very much a happening place, walk-able distance to popular tourist locations (around 2 km to the Hermitage), Fontanka river cruise, restaurants and bars. If you can adjust in a small place with no elevators up to fifth floor you can enjoy the charm of Nevsky avenue. Location is superb.Price was on higher side.

Très bon petit appartement sans prétention mais bien fonctionnel ! Il ne faut pas s'attendre à du 5* non plus mais c'est un très bon rapport qualité-prix. Les lits sont confortables, la cuisine est bien équipée et la salle de bain est propre.
Point faible: les draps n'ont pas été changés sur 9 les nuits et les serviettes de bain ont été changées une fois.

Difficile de trouver un point positif : Il est situé au 5ème étage sans ascenseur. L'entrée et l'escalier fait coupe-gorge, s'est délabré, vieux, sale,...
L'appart a besoin d'un bon coup de peinture, les murs sont sales et abîmés.
La literie est faite pour des enfants, pas pour des adultes ! Les matelas ne font même pas 5 cm d'épaisseur !
Le wi-fi est très bon mais hélas pas stable. Il se coupe et ensuite il faut aller jusqu'au bureau situé dans l'autre pâté de maison, ce qui n'est pas pratique ! Si il se coupe pendant la fermeture du bureau, on reste sans !
Les wc à notre arrivé était cassé, il a fallut retourné au bureau pour qu'il soit changé. On a eu aussi un gros problème de douche, on a soit de l'eau glacé, soit de l'eau bouillante, difficile de le régler en eau tiède. En plus il y avait un gros problème de pression d'eau toute la semaine, l'eau ne coulait pas beaucoup et malgré nos plaintes rien n'y a fait personne est intervenu !

Erittäin "mielenkiintoinen" hotelli. Wifi ei toiminut, kuten ei myöskään ilmastointi, eikä lämmintä vettä kannattanut odotella suihkusta. Ensimmäisenä aamuna sain myös avustaa siivoojaa herättelemään käytävältä löytynyttä juoppoa. Myös hotellin sisäänkäynti muistutti lähinnä hylättyä rakennusta... Kaveriporukan dokauskeikalle ehkä ihan ok, mutta ei paljoa muuhuun. Huone itsessään oli siisti ja sängyt mukavat.

Никто не встретил,искали больше полтора часа,чтоб получить ключи!Вселились в 00.30 увидели кошмарное состояние,стали звонить по телефонным номерам,нас уведомили,что "офис"закрыт,решат вопрос только в 9.00!Вместо заявленной двуспальной кровати,полуторка-раскладушка для подростка.Постельное белье и полотенца грязные,на одном из полотенце был клок волос от предыдущих жильцов.Просидели до утра(с таблетками от аллергии),оставили ключи и Надеемся на возврат денег!Отдых был испорчен!!!

Die Apartments sind sauber, gut eingerichtet und ziemlich sicher. 100 Meter von Anichkov-Brücke. Taxi zum Flughafen 650 Rubel (nachts). Alles Anderes ist super zu Fuss erreichbar. Bei früher Anreise hat man die Möglichkeit das Gepäck im Office kostenlos zu deponieren (ca. 300 m)

Ulkoa katsottuna pramea talo. Avain tosiaan haetaan toimistolta parin korttelin päästä. Toimiston henkilökunta mukavaa ja kielitaitoista.

Arvostelujen perusteella osasimme varautua huonokuntoiseen hissittömään rappuun, joka jaksoi silti yllättää. Vastaan tuli päivästä riippuen oksennusta, käryttämään alkanut tupakantumppipurnukka ja rotta (jonka joku oli sittemmin ystävällisesti tappanut, muttei siivonnut pois). Mysteeri, vastaako kukaan rappukäytävän kunnosta. Jos em. asiat eivät hetkauta, niin hinta ja sijainti kompensoivat. Kodittomia tai oleskelijoita emme sentään tavanneet.

Itse huoneisto oli soma ja päällisin puolin siisti, olennainen löytyi. Wifi, jääkaappi, vedenkeitin ja telkkari toimivat. Käytävässä tuntunutta maakellarin hajua (oletettavasti hometta, huomio herkille) ei ollut huoneistossa. Jos haluaa siivouksen, täytyy ripustaa huoneiston oveen huoneistosta löytyvä läpyskä. Siivouksen taso ei tainnut olla kovin perusteellista. Suihkusta tuli vettä, mutta välillä heikonlaisesti.

Meillä oli kaunis näkymä Liteini ja Nevski Prospekteille 5. kerroksesta. En tiedä suosittelisinko paikkaa kesähelteillä, sillä huoneissa ei ole ilmastointia. Nyt toukokuussa pidimme ikkunoita auki, mikä kyllä tuuletti ja viilensi huoneita.

Yhteenvetona todella halpaa ja todella hyvä sijainti, jos tiedät mitä odottaa. Maksoimme 70 euroa neljästä yöstä per henkilö. (Nirsoilemattomien) opiskelijakavereiden kanssa tämä oli ok, mutta perheen tai muun seuran kanssa yöpyisin muualla.

Stayed in this apart-hotel for a few days. Best thing about it is the location, just 1 min walk from Nevsky and a 10min walk to closest metro. Apart-hotel is located on 5th floor in a old building with no lift, so if you do have heavy luggage, be warned. The room itself, while not very big, is comfortable and consists of everything you will need for your stay.
Would advise to call hotel before you arrive, (as i can't remember exact address) because you will need go to another location a few streets down from the apart-hotel to pick up the keys. Overall, i think is a great place to stay if you want be in centre and are on a budget.

расположение очень удобное. Достаточно чисто. Все необходимое есть. Вобщем цена соответствует качеству и даже более того. У кого нет денег на Гранд отель рекомендую. Да еще можно рядом на улице оставить машину. Мест полно.

Nevsky 78 is a very good located aparthotel where you'd be mostly offered a hostel

La situación del hotel es muy buena, en pleno centro, la entrada es muy vieja y descuidada pero el hotel por dentro esta bastante bien, buena relación calidad-precio.
