Fantastic clean with excellent service and local to shops and restaurants, highly recommended
Loved this hotel! It was beautiful. Very clean, and the service was amazing!! The food was really good too. We are really hoping we will get to spend more time there soon.
Most attentive staff, they go the extra mile to ensure your comfort.
The Liwan hotel was clean, had friendly staff, and the food was good, too! It is also in prime location of the city. Definitely would stay there again if in Jordan!
Part of a large group, we were treated with the utmost respect, kindness and service. The hotel is great, near so many things including plenty of shopping. Would highly recommend!!
We traveled as a group from Israel for two nights. The hotel staff and manager went above and beyond to make our stay as comfortable as possible. Breakfast was awesome, fresh veggies, hummus, omelettes, waffles and yogurts. Dinners were absolutely delicious. Delicious chicken and beef, beautiful red, orange and yellow peppers, roasted or raw, fresh fruit, salads, .
The Liwan Hotel is a charming boutique hotel centrally located in Amman. The hotel is beautifully decorated with thoughtful design details and a warm, inviting atmosphere, and the rooms were very comfortable.
The half-board breakfast and dinner offerings were excellent and provided a great variety of food. What stood out most was the warm Jordanian hospitality. The staff were incredibly friendly and accommodating, and quickly began to feel more like friends than hotel staff.
During our stay they made a meeting room available to our group of 40 both evenings, and they even offered an office we could use, which was incredibly helpful given our situation. They also facilitated a birthday cake for one of our group members with a wonderful presentation, complete with candles. The cake was delicious and it made the celebration even more special.
Our stay here was unexpected. Our group had been stranded in Israel due to the airspace closure and ultimately flew home from Amman, which led us to spend two nights at the Liwan Hotel. We were very grateful for the kindness and care we experienced during our stay.
Friendly staff; good value for money.
It is a calm place, although near a busy area
The breakfast almost doesn’t have variation. The fruits were always the same. The meals available were reduced and the quality wasn’t the expected.
Good was great. Drinks were delicious. Everything was in walking distance.
Booked via booking.com for non consecutive nights around a trip to Petra. This is an upper mid range hotel but great value for money, clean, friendly and assisting staff, suitable for badly jet lagged (us). There is fuller review of the first night on booking dot com, had no way of adding there: coming back from Petra, it felt like coming home. Highly recommended. Expensive upmarket tastes? Not for you.
Note one of us has mobility problems and both in mid 70s.. well looked after. Good oriental food but enough hamburger-palate on offer (no hamburger!)
Kahvaltı çeşitli ve güzeldi. Odalar temizdi her gün temizleniyordu. Banyo temizdi.
Location was good. Restaurants and places around hotel. Breakfast was okay.
