Nice and satisfactory!
Pros:

The location was great, since it's located in an area that had many shops all around and was close to many other places in West Amman. The room was OK, but I was expecting a much better-looking room than the one I was given, to be honest!

Cons:

The breakfast wasn't up to my expectations, unfortunately; there were not many options (variety of food) to choose from! I was given a different room and not exactly the one in the photos. That was the downside!

Pros:

The location of the hotel was great, since it was close to many shops and the West Amman area. The staff was kind and helpful.

Cons:

The furniture in the room was old and must undergo severe restoration, especially the edges of the bed frames; the closet looks worn out and dirty, and the fridge emits heat. There were loud noises coming from the neighboring rooms and the corridors.

Pros:

The facilities and the cleaning and the garden the food and the the customer service the location is good too

Cons:

1st day we asked for water it took long time, but the next days it was very quick they even provided us with ironing as a gesture .
