Ok, but would not stay here again
Pros:

The location is ok. Lund is small anyway, so you can get within 20 minutes to anywhere like hospital /train station etc.
Breaksfast was nice with good selection of options.

Cons:

The place wants id verification beforehand, which is fine, but the link did not work for me and communication with the place was impossible, had to go to booking.com customer service. Now the room itself is tired. There was a pugnant smell of curry everywhere in the building and in the room. Really unpleasant. It should be forbidden to cook curry in a place treated as a hotel as that smell lingers in furniture and bloody walls! Towels also smelled.
The bin situation. Have to take bins our yourself, which is fine if you stay more than a night. I stayed only one night arrived late and honestly i could not be bothered separating trash into 4 types of recycling and then going out of the place to dispose of it.

Do yourself a favor and for an extra £10 go to a proper hotel!

Bra läge, och smidigt att komma in o ut. Tysta lokaler och bra säng.

Cons:

Eluttag som satt löst och följde med ut i handen i badrum, handavtryck på vägg över säng, diskmaskin som inte starta. Något slitet rum

Tryggt, fräscht, härligt
Pros:

Centralt och lösningsorienterat..sonen bodde där vid terminstart och vi föräldrar kom och bodde där när det skulle flyttas till eget boende.. det kändes tryggt!
Fantastisk frukost med finess och kvalitet( lyxigt)

Breakfast was ok, not as boring or bad as some people have written

Cons:

The only downside was that my room (202) was a bit cold. The heating seemed not to be working and the heaters only mildly warm. I tried to regulate the heater by using the levers but to no success.
