Great city centre location. Right next to the Cathedral
Pros:

The location was great. Room was nice and we had great views as we were on the 11th floor.
Very special being able to see the Cathedral from our window.

Great location!
Pros:

Great location with EV charging station available.

Cons:

Not all the staff gave great service/information. I also witnessed a kitchen staff refilling pancake/waffles using bare hands which is very unhygienic.

Pros:

The room had 2 double beds which gave us a lot of space which was good. The toilet and shower were in a separate room from the basin which gave flexibility. The bed was comfortable and the location was great. Close to the city and the restaurants in New Regent street and the theatres.

Good room, excellent staff, wonderful bar and restaurant pity about the weather.
Pros:

We had non-stop rain so ate at the bar and restaurant on three occasions, normally would prefer to go further.
We also bought wine and food from supermarket in walkable distance. Enjoyed this stay despite the rain.

Cons:

Always prefer a cheaper price but that isn't a real criticism.
