Pros:

Personal de excepție, in fiecare zi se face curățenie in camera si sunt vorbitori de limba engleza. Hotelul are si parcare contra cost (14 euro/zi), e aproape de metrou, are stație de tramvai și autobuz la întrarea in hotel.

Byli jsme spokojeni.
Pros:

Dobrý den, hotel byl čistý a pokoj prostorný a pohodlný. Odpovídá počtům dosažených hvězdiček. Personál příjemný a nápomocný. Přímo před hotelem je zastávka tramvaje a kousek je i metro. Dostupnost po okolí byla výborná.

Cons:

Bohužel parkování u hotelu je problém. Možných parkovacích míst je málo. Pokoje s okny do ulice slyší celou noc ruch MHD.

Das Frühstück war rundum okay und das Personal war sehr freundlich.

Cons:

Fenster ließ sich nicht schließen, nachts fast unmöglich zu schlafen. Auch nach einer Reklamation keine Abhilfe! Und vom Vorraum in den Hauptraum ein "Schlagloch" im Fußoden. Kurz gesagt, es müsste alles mal überholt werden.
