Pros:

Parkování i ubytování v pohodě

Cons:

na hlavní cestě u tramvaje. Výhodou prý je metro a tramvaj a nevýhodou tramvaj. Prý mají problém všichni, kdo nejsou zvyklý. Sprcháč hodně malý, přitom by se vlezl větší. Otvírání jen na jednu stranu. Za tu cenu neskutečné.

Lokalita v pohode, blízko metro, oproti električka.Menej rušná ulica.Pohodlné postele.

Mali sme smolu, že na raňajky chodil zájazd z PL.To bol masaker.Naviac boli nevhodne umiestnené kávovar a automat na džúsy – vedľa seba.Automat na kávu bol celkom pomalý a vzhľadom na počet osôb bol jeho výkon totálne nedostačujúci.Tvoril sa dlhý rad, ktorý zavadzal ostatným, ktorí si chceli nabrať niečo iné.
