Decent stay with great room if you book a suite
Pros:

We had one of the big suites in the new wing. An impressively large room with lounge downstairs, bedroom upstairs and bathroom that included a sauna plus outside decking with views over to the woods. Nice quiet location.

Cons:

Breakfast was cool/cold and poorly attended with staff. No-one to greet you at the door and take you to a table and a silly system of having to ask reception for a ticket for breakfast (we had not paid in advance) each day. However, there was no-one to hand the vouchers to, so we helped ourselves to the buffet anyway.

tolles Hotel mit freundlichem Personal
Pros:

sehr gut gelegen beim Wald, um mit dem Hund spazieren zu gehen. Auch in Antwerpen ist man schnell. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich und sowohl das Frühstück wie auch das Abendessen waren sehr gut !

Would come again - beautiful surroundings and rooms, excellent breakfast and restaurant.
Pros:

Excellent breakfast, beautiful, clean and spacious room with balcony. Parking directly in front of the room.

Cons:

Air conditioning would be very much needed in a family room when there is 40 degrees outside. Also, please translate the latest menu in English to make things a bit smoother.

- breakfast was great, would have liked a little more fresh fruit and yogurt selection
- beds were very comfortable
- great diner
- staff attentive and very helpful
- tv selection was good

Cons:

- room cleanliness could have been better, walked on my bare feet through the room, my feet were dirty
- i personally prefer to have a walk in shower instead of climbing into a bath, with an adjustable shower rail to keep my hair dry when showering

Ideaal voor korte tussenstop bij verblijf in de regio.
Pros:

De Kamer,de mooie ligging,zeer vriendelijk personeel en zeker ook de receptie was steeds ten dienste van de gasten.

Cons:

Kleine badkamer,miste een beetje gezelligheid in het hotel.Een beetje soms het gevoel van een woonzorgcentrum in de gangen om naar de kamers te gaan.

Pros:

We hebben een mooie uitstap gedaan en denken in de toekomst nog wel eens langs te komen voor een dag of 10

Heb geen negatieve punten , als ik toch iets moet zeggen bij zo warm weer een ergo ,ik weet dat er in de oude gebouwen in de toekomst wel zal geïnvesteerd wordenmaar nu is het er zeer warm
