Pros:

The hotel is overall OK and quite comfortable, easy access, large rooms pretty well equipped.

Cons:

1. The pool was lukewarm at best. One of the main reasons we picked this hotel was because of the indoor heated pool and we couldn't really spend much time in the pool (nor is there a jacuzzi).
2. The breakfast is very basic

Great weekend near Mystic!
Pros:

The property is outside the bustle of Mystic itself but still only 12 minutes from downtown and Old Mystic village. It is 5 mins from Westerly, RI and has a lot of restaurants and local conveniences around. Staff was very friendly, the facilities were clean and the room was perfect for our family.

Cons:

The cleaning of the room itself wasn’t really up to my standard. There was still some garbage left behind and my toddler had dropped her muffin and there was crumbs all over that were still there after they cleaned. The sheets also looked as if they were just remade instead of replaced.

Great short stay
Pros:

The service was great, and staff are very friendly. Easy check in and their breakfast was amazing.
The hotel is also pet friendly which was a bonus for us

Complimentary breakfast, pool/gym facilities, convenient location to the highway to get to Mystic Village, very friendly staff.

Cons:

Shower curtain wasn’t long enough so water kept getting all over the floor. Pillows on the bed were not comfortable at all. Ceiling seems to be very thin as we could hear children in the room above us running around at late hours (11-Midnight)of the night.

Disappointed and would not stay here again.

It was in a good location for what we needed

Cons:

The bed was super high and it was basically just trying to jump to get on top of it. I am tall so normally bed height is not an issue for me. Also, we were told that breakfast would be available till 10am. I went down at 9:30am and there was nothing and nobody there to assist. I would actually like a refund for the breakfast that we were not able to get anything.
