Great price and overall great stay
Pros:

Kitchen was nice and had pots,pans, and dishes. They also supplied a sponge and dish soap. Room was a good size, beds were comfortable. Staff was super friendly and it was nearby to several things. The price was also fantastic!

Cons:

Our shower curtain did have mold on the bottom and a tv guide would have been useful

I enjoyed the place and it was very comfortable, but needed a better cooking experience.
Pros:

There was a quiet place to stay and a kitchen including a stove. I needed to cook my own meals for health reasons. The bed was really comfortable, and the AC worked really well.

Cons:

Three out of four burners of the stove did not work. Also, there was no frying pan. I made due though.

Cons:

This place is in a dark alley with people living there and hanging out. It felt and looked unsafe. Spoke to other locals and said they’d never stay there! Trying to get a refund.

Our room was convenient for our circumstances but, the noise above us was a big issue.
Pros:

We liked how we were on the first floor near some grass for our service animal.

The staff were really nice and easy to get in contact with.

Cons:

We didn’t like how nothing was really done about the room above us who were making a lot of noise.

While the manager did talk to the people upstairs twice, they still continued making noise.

We understand that they have a child upstairs but, all the noise the kid was making in the night time and early morning was unacceptable.

We hope for future stays that this issue is fixed so we can have an enjoyable experience.

A home away from home.
Pros:

Layout of the room made us feel at home. The rooms were clean, comfortable and well maintained. The manager was very helpful as I had accidentally booked our room for the incorrect date. He was able to find a room for us and honored the booking price. Overall a great place to stay.
