I sent repearted requests for waiver of penalty. It is ok that they did not waive it off. But what was not good was that they never even bothered to reply. Never choosing Ginger again. It is very unprofessional.

We couldn't stay as the hotel cancelled our booking few hours before reaching Bhubaneshwar!
Pros:

The hotel cancelled our booking about 6 hours before our scheduled flight. We found it very difficult to find another hotel soooo late!! They said hotel is full, they cznnot accommodate us and we should contact Booking.com!!

Cons:

This sudden canellation. Also we cannot contact you by telephone... Overall very inconvenient!!!!!
