Absolutely gorgeous rooms. The views were spectacular. The service was excellent and beyond our expectations. Georgios and Sophie welcomed us and cared for us like friends. They arranged activities, restaurant reservations, and taxis. Simply outstanding!! We can’t wait to return.

From the moment we arrived, our host Grigio made us feel incredibly welcome. He personally greeted us at our taxi and ensured that every detail of our stay was taken care of with warmth and professionalism. His attentiveness and cheerful presence truly set the tone for a memorable visit.

Breakfast each morning was a delight — beautifully prepared, plentiful, and served with breathtaking views that made starting the day feel extra special. The combination of genuine hospitality, comfort, and atmosphere made this stay exceptional.

We left with full hearts (and full bellies!) and would absolutely return. Highly recommend to anyone seeking a truly wonderful experience.

Room and view were beautiful. Pool was way too cold to use which was a bummer in the heat.

My stay at Ikastikies was phenomenal! The staff’s exceptional service made us feel so welcome, handling every request with care and efficiency. The caldera views were absolutely stunning—sunsets from our room were breathtaking. The hotel’s Cycladic charm, spotless rooms, and delicious breakfast added to the magic. Highly recommend for an unforgettable Santorini experience! We will definitely stay here again.

Our stay over exceeded it's listing! We brought our 4 year old son to Greece and stayed here two nights. We absolutely loved the location.

The staff and owner was incredibly nice and helpful with changes in any of our plans, making sure we were comfortable and helped us with our bags while we were enjoying a few more hours on the island after checkout.

This property was a perfect choice for us! The view from the balcony was just stunning looking over the Caldera and could see the small isle of Therassa straight ahead with the beautiful sunset going down behind it without needing to go elsewhere! It was convenient for restaurants and activity without being overwhelmed with an excess of people which you can choose to do if you like in the next village of Fira just a 20 minute walk away. Our small pool was bigger than a plunge pool and private for us and the other two suites closeby. George was a most dutiful host ensuring all our needs were catered for and signposted us to places of interest and advice.Breakfast was brought to us freshly made when we were ready for it. Would definitely recommend!

George was an amazing host. Always there to help with any questions, works hard everyday to keep the property clean and beautiful. The location is absolutely perfect, the views were very special and the staff was always helpful and accommodating. The price was very reasonable for the location and the size of room for 3 people. Thank you George, we hope to visit again soon.

Had a great stay! The owner George went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable. Only thing to watch out is the number of steps to get down and up the hotel.

The owner George has to be the kindest European you’ll ever bump into. Always quick to help you with anything to make your stay more comfortable. Together with Alexandra, they were very accommodating and made you feel right at home. Cleanliness of the premises was way above par. This place made our once in a lifetime vacation an amazing experience!

This is a very charming family owned hotel located in Firostefani. It's about 15 minute walking distance to nearby towns Fira and Imerovigli centers. The hotel was clean, our room was spacious, as described on the website, and had all the basic amenities needed. There was a beautiful view of the sunset from the hotel terrace, and our balcony which we enjoyed very much. The highlight of our stay was the hotel owner, George. He was very accommodating and went above and beyond to make us feel welcome. Would definitely recommend staying there!

The people here are amazing. Georgios, Alexandra & Nikos(hope I got his name right).
They bend over backwards to make you feel comfortable, well cared for and will jump Thu hoops to meet any of you requests.

I cannot say enough about this hotel - and we have had stays in several upscale hotels. Nothing can compare to the views from our suite. And the sunset! You can watch it from the spacious patio wine in hand. The patio is very spacious with a small plunge pool and ample seating options. The Suite is spacious and well laid out. Large bathrooms too! We had the two bedroom suite.

The owner was so kind and he felt like an old friend by the time we left. The breakfast is so good - we have been back well over two months and i still miss the delicacies they served.

Everything was above and beyond. I just cannot put this experience into words effectively enough.

This property is amazing. The view is breathtaking, every night we get to enjoy the sunset. Walking distance to shopping centers, restaurants, mini markets. The owner, George and staff are amazing. It is far from the busy areas where bars and some nice restaurants are, taxi is needed. But it is perfect for us bc its far from the noise.

A beautiful property, so well kept and run so well. We stayed for 5 nights and hated to leave! Beautiful caldera views but not on a path where people walked by all day. The breakfast was incredible, walking distance to so many restaurants. The staff could not have been kinder and more helpful. Only 4 rooms, all with beautiful views. The pool was great to cool off in after a day of walking around town in the heat. Just a lovely place!!

Our stay was magical, facilities were excellent; wonderful location- quiet, but near shops, good restaurants, and the hub-bub of Fira. The staff was so responsive and helpful. Well-deserving of its high rating

This is probably the best hotel I have every stayed at in all my travels around the world. The staff treats you like family. They were so kind and helpful. The property is amazing! I wish I could live there! This is the best property on the whole island.
