רמת ניקיון גבוהה מאוד.
חניה במלון.

Cons:

ארוחת בוקר ברמה נמוכה מאוד.
כדי להשתמש בספא במלון צריך לבקש מהם מראש כדי שידליקו את הסאונה והג׳קוזי שממש קטנים.
בתשלום במלון ניסו לגבות את המס המקומי פעמיים ובמקרה שמנו לב לזה (מיד הבינו שעלינו עליהם והחזירו למחיר המקורי).

A very good experience overall.
- Close to the Brasov old downtown, about 15-20 minutes walking.
- Spacious room, very warm.
- Small balcony available with nice view.
- Breakfast was good.
- Kind staff, offered information, they also prepared small food packages due to the early check-out, because we could not stay for breakfast on the last morning.
- 24-hour reception.

Cons:

The shower had a small problem, the flexible doors didn't always close well and water was leaking on the bathroom floor.

For this price, you can find much better hotels. This one is really very average.

A very, very average hotel. The breakfast was poor, the mattress was hard, and the reception staff were really not friendly. The price is very high for what you get, even for the four-star section (and I have no idea how they received those stars).

Cons:

Отношение персонала при заезде. Мы приехали очень рано и наши дети мучилась в ожидании на диванах. Я писала заранее в отель чтобы дали номер раньше за доп.плату. и даже в 14.45 они не начали нас оформлять ( а нас было 6 человек) и только ровно в 15.00 администратор зашевелился. Хочу пожелать Вам быть немного человечнее, а не быть роботами.
