Pros:

Great location walking distance to the places we wanted to visit astronomical clock, museums, St Wensalas Square. Restaurants on the door step. Try Jaffa restaurant which is in a shopping centre.
Lovely decor, large spacious rooms & well equipped bathroom with shower over bath.
Reception Staff were really helpful and friendly. Lovely dining room for breakfast with a good selection.
Beautiful lift which has mirrors everywhere.

Cons:

Mattress could have been softer for me due to my arthritis.
We didn't expect to be charged for the coffee pods in our room

Perfect for visiting Prague landmarks
Pros:

Excellent location in the pedestrian zone and the heart of Prague. All landmarks are within walking distance. Clean room, friendly staff and excellent buffet breakfast.

Pros:

La propreté de la chambre et sa décoration étaient remarquable bonnes. La localisation de l’hôtel dans la ville et l’insonorisation de la chambre par rapport à l’extérieur étaient très bonnes également.

Cons:

Nous avons senti une odeur de fumée de cigarette venant vraisemblablement d’un fumeur et entendu un peu de bruit dans une chambre voisine.

Breakfast was good

Cons:

overall experience at this hotel was quite disappointing, and I feel the value for money is really poor, would not recommend it.

The female front desk staff on night duty seemed unfriendly. She looked displeased the whole time and ignored my greeting, acting like she didn’t notice me.
There was no complimentary water in the room. When I headed downstairs to ask for some, she told me they didn’t have any to offer?? Basic amenities like body lotion were also missing from the bathroom.
The curtains cannot shut they were more for show and couldn’t block light effectively. ( top floor room)

The disappointing service and the poor room fixtures, I don’t think this hotel lives up to its price.

Hermoso y bien ubicado. Wifi flojo
Pros:

La ubicación es genial. El personal amable. El salón del desayuno es una belleza. Muy buena variedad de opciones para desayunar.

El wifi se caía todo el tiempo. Imposible conectarse para hacer una reunión de trabajo por ejemplo.

Pros:

La ubicación es totalmente increíble. Lo mejor de todo. Justamente en el centro de la ciudad, muy cerca del Puente Carlos (10 minutos). Para llegar desde el aeropuerto es muy sencillo ya que las líneas de metro están muy bien conectadas. Las camas eran muy cómodas, el desayuno era muy variado y con un horario bastante amplio de 7 a 11 am. La habitación tenía cafetera y nevera y no se escuchaban ruidos a pesar de estar en el puro centro. Pedimos dos camas separadas y nos asignaron una habitación con esa tipología. Pedimos almohadas de más y nos las dieron fueron muy amables

Would def stay here again! Location trumps all and the room was very clean.

Location was excellent! The fifth floor suite had a balcony with a great view!
