Главное достоинство этого отеля — его персонал. Особенно хочется отметить Марьяну и Никиту за их внимательное и доброжелательное отношение.
Расположение отеля — просто идеальное.
Завтраки скромные, но всегда есть из чего выбрать.
Когда у нас потёк кондиционер, нас сразу же переселили в аналогичный номер этажом выше.
В целом это отличное место. С удовольствием вернулась бы сюда снова

Cons:

Из небольших минусов — медленный лифт и высокие бортики ванны, что может быть не очень удобно для пожилых гостей.

Desde el primer momento la experiencia fue excelente. Llegué al hotel a las 9 de la mañana y, para mi sorpresa, me permitieron hacer el check-in en cuanto llegué, algo que agradecí muchísimo después del viaje.

El personal fue encantador, especialmente la chica que me atendió en recepción, que fue muy amable y atenta en todo momento.

La ubicación del hotel es perfecta, en pleno centro, rodeado de cafeterías, restaurantes, tiendas y todo tipo de servicios, por lo que resulta muy cómodo para moverse y disfrutar de la ciudad.

La habitación era muy amplia, estaba impecablemente limpia y la cama era muy cómoda, por lo que pude descansar perfectamente. Además, el desayuno era muy completo, con una gran variedad de opciones para todos los gustos.

Como mi vuelo salía muy temprano, tuve que hacer el check-out a las 5:30 de la mañana y, aun así, tuvieron el detalle de prepararme un desayuno para llevar. Fue un gesto que se agradece mucho y que demuestra el excelente trato al cliente.

Sin duda, recomiendo este hotel al 100 %. Tanto por las instalaciones como, sobre todo, por la amabilidad y profesionalidad de todo el personal. Si vuelvo a la zona, repetiré sin dudarlo.

I highly recommend this hotel when staying in Prague.
Pros:

This was the second time we stayed at Hotel Liberty. The first time we stayed we were very pleasantly surprised by an upgrade! The staff were friendly and welcoming when checking in and out. We loved the decor and our room was very comfortable room and lovely bathroom. The breakfast selection was excellent. A great hotel in a fabulous location.
