Great location to airport but needs updated and remodeled. Outdated.

Cons:

It needs remodeled. Paint was hit or miss. Shower set up is not safe due to not having access to water controls without being under the shower head. No handle on inside of shower door. No safety bar on door side of shower. Pink mold in shower and up in corners of bathroom. No shower vent. Not enough light in bathroom.

There was no breakfast no use of any flashlights due to electric without
And no rebate on the rooms because of not being able to use any of the water or heat or air conditioning. Staff was very rude about it.

Cons:

We had no power for over 12 hours. Refused to assist in matter. No emergency generators, could not shower, swim, no heat, and no breakfast. No staff let anyone know power was out. Just found out when went up to room. No emergency plan for situation. Elevator had same food on ground our entire stay. Also refused to refund or comp for some of stay. So could go to place with power.

Power was completely out during our stay. Unable to offer any refund or accommodations for the inconvenience. No breakfast, WIFI, or hot water. Had to use our phones for any light in the room.

Great for a short stay! Breakfast was great and staff were helpful and attentive.
Pros:

Property was nice overall. The room we stayed in was updated and clean. The breakfast had plenty of variety and was delicious!

Cons:

The pool was freezing! It was like stepping in to a frozen lake.

Cons:

Lights went out around 5 minutes after we got there. Never came back on the whole night We couldn't even shower because of no hot water.. They were still out when we left around 8. They said no to a discount for all the inconveniences.

First time... excellent 👍
Pros:

Really nice facility and friendly staff! The shuttle service was excellent and both drivers were extremely nice! I'm coming back June, October & booking later in December ⭐⭐⭐⭐

Cons:

A few items on the breakfast bar kept running out and not replaced, had to ask at the front desk for supplies other than that it's a great facility !
