Bed was just a little soft

Location was good, breakfast was good
The unexpected deposit, the toilet seat was broken, only two towels so we had to use a used towel in the morning for a shower since we also showered the night before after a long travel day.
No parking......right by the airport, so constant noise from airplanes coming and going. The room they gave us was beside the elevator, so constant DING! DING! DING! And constant flow of noisy people and kids in and out of the elevator and running and yelling up and down the hallway. Bare minimum or maximum $. Almost $200 for a night of no sleep! The most expensive NO SLEEP I have ever had. Complete waste of money. Would have been better off to sleep in the car than pay for sleep you desperately need but do not get. Will never return to this location ever again.
Staff was extremely polite and really accommodating to my children especially my autistic son.
Comfortable hotel close to airport

I liked the free shuttle to and from the airport. The manager at check-out seemed friendly and customer service oriented. Breakfast was decent with some variety. The hotel is walkable to a few eating establishments, mostly fast food.
I thought the clerk at check-in was a bit unfriendly. Maybe he shouldn't be dealing with the public.
Nice breakfast, pretty comfortable beds
The farm style bathroom door didn’t have a lock and the inside handle was dirty/hadn’t been cleaned.
Room was clean except for the rugs.
The breakfast was not good. Hot food was cold and most of the options had run out. They didn't replenish food that had run out.
The air conditioner worked
It was dirty, looks like a lot was broken and not addressed around the hotel, breakfast staff was rude and refused to refill food starting at 9am even though breakfast went until 10. It was not worth the money at all.

They charged me not only through booking.com but on my credit card. I ran my credit card for the deposit and it was supposed to be 100. They charged my card for 678. When addressed, they reversed it but then charged my credit card AGAIN for the same cost that I paid on booking.com and now saying they don’t know why it was charged and they do not see it in their end. My credit card company informed me that the new charge was done by them and still pending so my credit card company cannot even reverse it until it’s no longer pending. Holiday Inn is claiming they did not do it even tho it says it came from them and is the same cost as booking.com and they don’t know what to tell me
We have stayed multiple times at this location convenient for our stay, spacious room
Could be cleaner, doors never worked had to constantly get new key cards. Pool are not kept well.
