Well, the overall with the help at the desk from having tiles to having everything ready and warm for us was great

Bed outdated, to hard, felt like I was going to hit the floor at any time, No outlet in the bathroom for hair dryer or curling iron, Not enough plugs on wall for phone charger, or other things that needed to be plugged in.
