Our stay at the Belmond Miraflores Park was one of the best hotel experiences we’ve ever had.
From the moment we arrived, we were treated like royalty. The service was flawless, and every detail—from cleanliness to comfort—was top-notch. The room was spacious, spotless, and very comfortable, with thoughtful touches like a stocked minibar and great coffee.
The lounge access was absolutely worth it—excellent food, drinks, and stunning views. The location is perfect in the Miraflores/Barranco area, yet still peaceful and quiet.
This stay truly exceeded expectations and was the perfect ending to our trip. We would highly recommend booking with lounge access—you won’t be disappointed.
Excelente buen servicio
Limpieza total
Miraflores Park was the last hotel of nine hotels we stayed in during our Peru trip. It was just as beautiful and fantastic as all of the Belmond hotels we stayed at! The location is perfect - close to the walk along the ocean cliffs and Larcomar shopping mall and many nice shops and restaurants. Our ocean view room was perfect - spacious with a nice bathroom, spotlessly clean and quiet. The bedding was superb. We loved the bar next to the lobby for delicious bites and drinks - especially the server, Orianna (sorry if I spelled her name wrong) - she was delightful! They have a really nice little gift shop with quality items - be sure to check it out. There was a tall gentleman (don’t recall his name) at the entrance that spent time telling us about the turtles and making sure we knew the great places to go on our walk one morning. Best of all was the concierge, Cristian, who helped to ship my electric toothbrush back to the US for me after I left it. The staff and service is exemplary at all Belmond properties, Miraflores Park included!! Thank you for a wonderful trip!
Set overlooking Lima's waterfront, this sleek modern hotel exudes an upscale, businesslike vibe. The neighborhood is clean and feels safe, but there's nothing much to see on foot. Our room was well-appointed. Everything worked fine, and the beds were comfortable. But as in much of Lima itself, we could have been anywhere.
We came to lima to celebrate my husband’s birthday.
We stayed at the Belmond, Miraflores, in Peru. They picked us up at the airport, the process was simple, secured and relaxed. Immediately after picking our luggage, we went to the CMV right next to customs. They walked us through customs, no questions asked. They took us to our professional driver. Thanks to our lord because traffic in lima is “special”.
Upon our arrival to the hotel we felt welcomed and very safe. The check in process a breeze. The room was amazing. Since we were tired do to a long journey and late arrival, we decided to rest. Our next day was an early start, but what an amazing experience it was, starting with breakfast. You feel so pampered they genuinely care for you. For example we had plans to travel to Machupicchu, and must of the staff has been and all had great recommendations of what to do and NOT do. Wich by the way made our expirence at Machupicchu possible, because in case that you don’t know, altitud sickness is real in Cusco, but that review another time
Also, we had plans for dining at different “restaurants”including Maido, and Cristian Vasquez was so helpful in assisting us coordinate: transportation, dietary restrictions and many other details, with the different restaurants, that we felt very safe and cared for. I can’t mention all the names of the people that care for us, but to mention a few, Diego at the bar, Cristian , Arian, and others, at breakfast, were also incredible. Also their location is perfect, right in font of a beautiful park, were you can walk, sit relax etc. the views of the pacific ocean from the pool are the best in Lima.
People if you are planning a trip to lima, please check out the Belmond at Miraflores, you will NOT be disappointed.
We stayed at the Microflores Belmond in March and we cannot overstate what a positive experience it was for a family. The hotel was perfect, location, service, staff, ect. I rarely write reviews but the service and kindness showed to my wife and 2 teenage girls was so exceptional. Everyone at the hotel was great but a special note to Arian, Antonio, and Christian. Arian’s kindness at breakfast each morning and the pool to our family really made our stay so much more special. Same with Antonio, who even made our family special desserts and explained the significance of certain Peruvian foods. We are huge basketball fans and Christian was able to get the NCAA tournament game in our hotel room. This was no simple feat and was so appreciated. I just cannot overstate how special this experience was. These people worked so hard to help make our trip truly a memorable experience. Lima was absolulely amazing and these 3 in particular helped us see what special people Peruvians are. Thank You!

From the moment we stepped out of the car, we were greeted warmly. Welcome drink and a kind agent completing check in logistics, while in the beautiful sitting area was a luxurious touch. Room with ocean view, with fresh fruit was delightful. Breakfast in the Observatory and dinner at Tragaluz was delicious. Service from EVERYONE was outstanding.
Having Park Hotel as your base for experiencing Lima and its culinary scene is an absolute treat. The room with amazing sea views, since the Lima weather decided to behave at its best. To the selection of mattress firmness and pillow type, and surprise treats. Staff that caters to you as if you are a royal dignitary. The Tragaluz restaurant, the Belo bar, and the rooftop terrace for your breakfast buffet, all in their own right fantastic. The walking distance to Mirafloros and Baranco's shops and restaurants makes it a perfect central starting point for all your excursions. Pro tip: Christian, the concierge, will hook you up with a perfect itinerary based on your personal preferences. Highly recommended.
This Hotel can compare with its service to the best in the world. The moment of arrival at the airport until the departure, there was not one moment where we felt uncomfortale,
Our stay was amazing: great, friendly, attentive, caring and knowledgeable staff made us feel at home
Spectacular location over looking the Pacific Ocean. Staff were outstanding. So attentive to our need's.
An unforgettable experience at Zest Spa in Miraflores Park. From the moment you walk in, the atmosphere is pure tranquility, but what truly sets this place apart is the exceptional staff. A very special thank you to Esthefany Ramos, whose warmth and professionalism made everything seamless, and to the incredibly skilled therapists who deliver treatments with genuine care and expertise. Every detail is handled with precision, making it not just a spa visit, but a deeply restorative experience. Highly recommended if you’re looking for world-class service and total relaxation.
While we didn't stay at the hotel, we did enjoy a wonderful breakfast in the Observatory Restaurant. The view of the city is beautiful and the food was impressive. The cost of the meal was quite reasonable, especially for the impressive spread. There was a large variety of indigenous food that was interesting and delicious. In addition to the buffet options, there is a menu of entrees and drinks. If you can't stay at this hotel, I recommend at least enjoying a breakfast there.
And be sure to ask for food to feed the turtles in the pond in front of the hotel.
The experience was no less than astounding. The service was above expectations, the food incredible, the location top notch, the rooms so big and comfortable, I will gush about this hotel forever!
Our stay was wonderful. The food, service, amenities, the bedroom...everything was great. Even the weather, which helped us to enjoy the swimming pool. Thanks to all the staff for an amazing stay.
Beliggenhed og værelser
Concierge afdelingen fungerer dårligt, kunne end ikke arrangere simple ting. Generelt er personalet ikke hjælpsomme og nærværende
We loved it. Really beautiful place by the sea. Our tour guide was very informative and took us to some interesting places. We enjoyed the Larco museum very much.
The Malecon walk is superb. Cool breezes. Not too crowded. Lots of art.
