Based on local tax laws, Peruvian citizens (and foreigners staying more than 59 days in Peru) must pay an additional fee of 18%. To be exempt from this 18% additional fee (IVA), a copy of the immigration card and passport must be presented. Please note both documents are required for fee exemption. Guests who are not able to present both documents will be required to pay the fee. The tax is applied per room when the room is shared by a taxable and nontaxable guest. When the exoneration of the 18% IVA applies, is only valid for food, nonalcoholic drinks and accommodations charges, it doesn't apply for items from the mini-bar.
Foreign business travelers who require a printed invoice, will also be charged the additional 18% regardless of the length of their stay in Peru. This fee is not automatically calculated in the total costs for the reservation.

In accordance with the new provisions in force as of April 17, 2021 (DS No. 005-2021-MINCETUR)For the entry of minors accompanied by one or both parents, it is mandatory to carry the passport or identity card of the minor. It is also a requirement to present at the hotel, the birth certificate or birth certificate; as well as passport or identity card of the accompanying parent, as appropriate.
According to Peruvian law (Law No. 28194), any payment from PEN 2,000.00 or USD 500.00 must not be settled in cash and cannot be divided into multiple payments less than the limited set. Guests can make these payments by credit card or other methods approved by the hotel and Peruvian law.Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply.

We loved it. Really beautiful place by the sea. Our tour guide was very informative and took us to some interesting places. We enjoyed the Larco museum very much.
The Malecon walk is superb. Cool breezes. Not too crowded. Lots of art.

My husband and I had a wonderful 4-night stay at the Belmond. The staff were all exceptional, the rooms were lovely and you cannot beat their breakfast & the Belo Bar.
We had a wonderful stay at Miraflores Park, A Belmond Hotel. The location is perfect, right along the Malecón with beautiful ocean views and easy access to restaurants, parks, and shopping in Miraflores.
The hotel itself feels very elegant and peaceful. The rooms were spacious, comfortable, and extremely clean. Zero street noise. One of the highlights was the rooftop pool area overlooking the Pacific Ocean; the sunsets there are truly unforgettable.
The staff were exceptionally kind and attentive throughout our stay, always making sure we had everything we needed. The breakfast was also excellent, with high-quality options and a lovely setting to start the day.
Overall, it’s a beautiful property and a wonderful place to stay if you’re visiting Lima and want something special, comfortable, and well located. I would happily stay here again.

La ubicación estaba estupenda .
Está lejos de ser el standard de calidad de un Belmond. Estuve en otros Belmond y este de Miraflores Park debe ser uno de loa peores. La habitación tenía un olor a humedad y moho muy fuerte . Muchas otras cosas más que mejorar , pero lo peor de todo es que me enviaron un correo, específicamente el Sr. César Álvarez , Guest ambassador , y a pesar de que fui muy atento y detallista en el correo donde me pedía mi opinión , nunca se dignó a contestarme.
Está muy lejos de ser un Guest Ambassador de un Belmond.
Luego, para enumerar otras cosas, no pude descansar del ruido de la construcción del hotel , no respetan los horarios de descanso , entró otras cosas . Más detalles lo tiene el Sr. Álvarez , que si se digna a contestar, quizás puedan mejorarlo.

The staff were all polite, friendly and very helpful.
Our room was spacious and very comfortable with a stylish, well equipped bathroom. Tea and coffee facilities, chocolates, and a well-equipped mini bar.
Both the breakfast in the rooftop dining room, and lunch in the ground floor garden restaurant were excellent.
All in all a great experience and probably one of the nicest hotels we’ve ever stayed in. We would thoroughly recommend it.

Lovely massage and experience overall. Great service with tea and truffles at the end. Mariluz had good technique and enough pressure. Next time I will go early to relax and enjoy the sauna. We’ve also stayed (and dined) at the property as well several times and the service is just outstanding. Quiet part of an optimal area of town right on the Malecon.
