Sale et services non honorés . Pas du tout au niveau d’un hôtel Hampton Inn

Juste l’emplacement par rapport a Arches Park

Cons:

- la piscine non disponible alors qu’elle était annoncée disponible lors de notre réservation. Aucun mail pour nous prévenir pour que nous puissions annuler notre réservation
- la propreté : matelas souillé de sang, chambre pas nettoyée, serviettes qui étaient restées d’un précédent client
- le service : aucun service le personnel se réfugie derrière booking
- le petit déjeuner : plus de café plus de jus d’orange ni de jus de pommes à 7h30
- revêtement de la baignoire qui se décolle. On en avait plein les pieds
- aucune offre commerciale ou de proposition d’annulation : l’hôtel ne veut pas contacter la direction

Would definitely stay there again.
Pros:

Location and friendly and helpful staff.

Cons:

Be sure the floor is mopped. Our room was not mopped and you could feel the dirt & dust on the floor and your feet would be dark brown from not mopping the floor.

Great spot in the heart of Moab
Pros:

Great location right in the heart of Moab within walking distance to many restaurants and shops. The hotel amenities were as described, and the room very clean upon arrival.

It was located close to restaurants and Arches National Park

Cons:

Couldn’t use the pool because it was so hot. If there’s any way to put a few umbrellas for shade it would be more welcoming.

Very restful.
Pros:

Very vice people. Clean and accommodating. I wish i could stay here at all my stops. Large dining room and lots of good stuff for breakfast. You can’t go wrong staying here! Shilo was great and very much in tune to our needs.

Good place to stay in the desert
Pros:

Took the Canyon Spirit train and on our stay in Moab stayed at the Hampton Inn. Place was clean, everything was good. AC worked well, and the breakfast was good. Front desk folks Shylo and Gabby helped when my shaving cream ran out. It's a good place to stay to experience this beautiful area.

Nice but not handicapped friendly
Pros:

Quiet, nice room. Too many large rocks for walking dogs, small dog area. Hard maneuvering large rocks with two knees and hip replaced and other hip give me problems.

Hampton Inn Moab Excellent Visit
Pros:

Cameron and Heather made my stay wonderful after my Avis rental had to be towed and I waited until the next night for a replacement. I This is the best HI I have stayed in. V short walk to a great restaurant.
