We did not have hot water to shower the morning we checked out. We spoke to Heather at 9:15am and she said the boiler wasn’t working.

Wonderful Staff!!
Pros:

The hotel is very well appointed and the rooms are spacious. Equally important is the staff. Everyone at the front desk was friendly and very helpful. A special shout out goes to JR with the maintenance team, who was extremely responsive and professional. He took care of our issue with the TV in a snap and was delightful to meet!

Pros:

All the employees we encountered were very kind. Shylo in housekeeping was able to get our room ready early, which allowed us to get settled sooner than expected. We have had a wonderful stay and enjoyed the secluded pool and hot tub with great views of the red rocks.
