Hampton Inn Moab Arches National Park

We had come back from a long day of hiking hoping to enjoy the pool & hot tub. Both were cold the facilities guy checked and the breaker had popped so fixed it. I have a pool and know it takes a long time for pools to warm up. The facilities guy contacted me at 8:30pm that the pool was at 82 and the hot tub 104. The lowest temp for a pool to be comfortable is 86 and that is still cool. You may need to work on that. It was nice that the facilities guy did try to fix things, but we left the next morning

Great hotel close to both Arches and Canyonlands National Parks. Hotel looks new, breakfast was great and the staff was friendly

Hampton Inn is perfectly located in Moab for all of our needs! We enjoyed the Broken Oar restaurant walkable from the hotel and used the discount the hotel provided. A couple blocks away there is Lin Ottinger’s Moab Rock Shop - a must see place for any dinosaur or rock fan. There is a bright orange brochure you can use from the brochure display in the hotel to get a free dinosaur fossil bone there. Arches National Park is also ten minutes away! Shylo, Gabby, Cameron at the front desk were all very nice and made sure we enjoyed our stay! They were welcoming, caring, and very helpful! Can’t wait to come back and stay here!!

You could always trust a Hampton to be a perfect day. The staff were always very friendly. Very well kept up property. Definitely would stay there again.

Convenient location if you planning on visiting Arches NP.
Rooms are clean. Average breakfast. Connected rooms wall was too thin, able to hear the loud TV noise & main door wasn't sealing well so can hear noise coming from outside as well.

The hotel is very well appointed and the rooms are spacious. Equally important is the staff. Everyone at the front desk was friendly and very helpful. A special shout out goes to JR with the maintenance team, who was extremely responsive and professional. He took care of our issue with the TV in a snap and was delightful to meet!

I stayed at the Hampton Inn in Moab, UT on March 16. I was visiting the area with my two granddaughters. We visited Arches NP and the Moab Giants Dinosaur Museum. My check-in at the hotel was easy, efficient, and informative. Cameron was at the front desk and he made us feel so welcome! He treated my granddaughters with kindness, respect and genuine interest while engaging them in conversation. When checking out on the 17th, Audrey graciously gifted my girls with a Utah souvenir. They were so surprised and happy with her generosity! The hotel is updated, clean, comfortable beds, and serves a good breakfast as well. I have stayed there on many occasions for visiting the area and have never been disappointed in doing so.

All the employees we encountered were very kind. Shylo in housekeeping was able to get our room ready early, which allowed us to get settled sooner than expected. We have had a wonderful stay and enjoyed the secluded pool and hot tub with great views of the red rocks.
