Only the location.

Cons:

The property was not clean, reception was hardly manned and response was very slow. The furniture in the room was very old and not comfortable at all. The room service was pathetic and they even cancelled the prepaid breakfast included in the room. Refund for the same is still pending. The toiletries were not available in the room , after multiple reminders, it was provided.

Room was nice.

Cons:

I informed about my late arrival a day before, got no response. Hotel rules said reception is open until 20:00, I was there 19:45 but it was already closed. There was a letter with my name (and a keycard) saying that ”we’ll continue check-in in the morning at 9:00”. I waited for the reception to be opened until 10:30, when I left.
Also, breakfast was included in roomprice. There was no breakfast at hotel and no info where to get it.
Furthermore, there’s a phone outside of reception for contacting ”somebody”. I used it 3 times, everytime call was forwarded to voicemail saying ”the person you’re calling is unavailable, please leave a message”… What’s the point with that?
I’m expecting you will compensate me for ”unavailable breakfast”.

Ein recht großes Zimmer mit einem großen Bad. Es gab kostenlose Parkplätze.

Cons:

Die Sauberkeit lässt in allen Bereichen des Hotel zu wünschen übrig.
Das Frühstück war ok, jedoch nicht unbedingt hervorragend ( englisches Frühstück ).
Das Bett war durchgelegen, die Matratze müsste mal erneuert werden.

Could be a great hotel, but good location
Pros:

It was a good location, with plenty of room in the room and in the bathroom. Large bed, kitchenette provided with basic crockery. Room had a table and chairs as well as a sofa so was great for sorting out our suitcases and relaxing. Able to store our bags when we arrived before check in

Cons:

Reception was manned once out of the 4 times we went through, you phoned and someone came within a few minutes. Reception was scruffy and not a great impression.
Although I had emailed a few times in advance about leaving bags i had no reply
Room and bathroom were generally tired. The shower hose was coming apart and silicone seal off the shower frame coming away.

Pros:

Kamer was groot en bed comfortabel. Locatie was aan botanische tuinen.

Cons:

Bij binnenkomst werd pas gezegd dat er de volgende ochtend geen ontbijt zou zijn, erg teleurstellend als je daarvoor specifiek hebt geboekt. Er werd alleen gezegd, sorry het is er niet... De douche was misschien een van de slechtste die ik in een hotel heb gehad.
