まあまあ、お勧めするほどではない
Pros:

便利な場所にあり、広さも十分

Cons:

シャワーの圧が若干弱い。バスルームに換気扇がないので、湿気がすごい。シャワー後着替えてる最中に汗だくになる。
ティッシュビックスにティッシュが1枚しかない。。。

Enjoyable stay in a good location
Pros:

Location good, next to Harley Park, a lot of eateries and bars nearby, room was spacious with ok facilities, regular buses nearby to city centre or airport

Cons:

There was noise from the traffic, to be expected given the location. Limited cooking facilities - just a kettle, microwave and toaster

Cons:

Room windows were next door to a multi-storey care park and you can hear the cars going around. The hotel doors are exceptionally noisy so when people came in and out during the night it woke us up

Large room with large bathroom and ktchen area.

Cons:

Ghost staff who lack communication and accountability. I was not advised where my key could be found as late arrival until 6am the next morning. I was a solo female traveller stranded in reception area until next morning as no one answers or returns calls after hours.

Overpriced, rundown and scruffy with poor customer service

Cons:

Rundown, poorly maintained and dirty. Piles of dirty laundry in halls, inside lift and floor landings had dirt on floors and dust on furniture. Broken bathroom fixtures with loud plumbing. Ball of hair on bathroom floor. No replies to emails or phone calls. Reception never manned. I could go on

Not enjoyable or value for money.
Cons:

The blind was broken and wouldn't go up.
The bathroom basin was cracked (significant) and not clean ( toothpaste across the edge of the basin and colour in the sink). Personal items had been left in the bathroom cupboards. Rubbish bin was broken.
The shower drain did not drain properly when using it and would overflow onto the floor.
There were used condoms and packets in the bedside drawers.
There was a constant loud noise in the corner ceiling (by the window) from possibly pipes from other rooms that went all night.
Used linen left in the room (down the side of the bag stand/ cupboard opposite the bed)
Carpark covered in broken bottle glass.

NOT WHAT I WAS EXPECTING
Pros:

The room was spacious and sunny. Not much traffic noise.

Cons:

The office was impossible to get hold of. No tea or coffee in in unit, room was not serviced as stated. Each time I tried to contact the office I was put through to voicemail even when the office was supposed to be open.
