Pros:

The location was excellent. Close to the park and walking distance to CBD

Cons:

Room was not serviced every day as advertised. Reception not not available at all times.
Strong food odours present constantly in hallways and common areas.

The housekeeping did not service the room for the second day despite request. Only on the third day it was done upon request and only done partly. The bed did not get done.

It was okay for a one night stay, any longer would have been challenging

Great location but unfortunately that is all i can positively say

Cons:

Room did not appear to be cleaned properly, if not at all, empty wine bottle on the floor next to the couch. The cups and plates were all dirty when we went to get them out of the cupboard. The shower/bath had someone’s hair in it and alot of brown soap-scum. One of the windows gad a broken bent frame so we got road noise all night. No staff around anywhere to address about the issues. I mentioned on check out and we got a very unapologetic sorry that didn’t feel like she even cared to listen. I wont be staying again
