Cons:

I feel there should be no charge for parking in their lot. I received an email with confirmation saying parking is $10 a night though when we checked out, it was 12 there was no security walking around that the $12 was going towards to pay them. signs posted parking at your own risk so why am I paying for parking?

Carpet was coming up in room, breakfast was pretty empty when we arrived at 8:45 ( service was supposed to continue to 9:30) - even the cooler with milk and yogurt was empty, only had 2 towels when reserved for 3 people, had to ask for additional towels, paid for room in full but asked for another $100 advance on our credit card, additional $10 charge for a parking spot. Very disappointing.
