Location was excellent!
Had to pay for parking. Which I thought was a little bit of a rip-off considering we were paying guests at the hotel.
The location is great - fun bars and restaurants in walking distance. The front desk staff were wonderful. Great little gym and breakfast offerings. We've already booked our next stay.

The hotel was located where access to downtown scooters, food, grocery stores, bars, and night life activity was within a short walking distance.
The clerk comped our $12 parking fee due to not giving us the King bed room we had paid for. The shampoo and conditioner was nice and soft in the hair. The outdoor pool was cold for a hot summer day. The breakfast spread was plentiful.
Hotel parking was $12 to park in a completely open to the public parking lot with no hotel lot security. The lot was extremely small. The elevator didn’t display what floor number you were on. The hotel looked a little run down once you get to the halls and elevator. No access to the lobby bathrooms, even for guests. We booked a king bed size room through booking and when we arrived we were given a double full size bed room. I called to the clerk and she said since I booked through a 3rd party app, they gave me a “standard” room and that they were fully booked with King rooms and couldn’t move us. She comped the parking fee but didn’t discount the room we were forced to stay in for $150 per night. The clerk in the morning acted like it was an inconvenience to look in to our account about the comped parking and said the other clerk “just does stuff and never tells anyone”. The beds were hard and uncomfortable. There were stains on the chair in the corner of the room. The bathroom had footprints on the floor. The shower took a very long time to heat up. We will not be staying here again.

Exceptionally clean and quiet
It was really quiet
The light that comes in around the door and the breakfast was good yet mediocre usually every holiday inn I go to has biscuits and gravy but for some reason they didn't, also the hotel I booked wasn't the one I got(I still got to go to my concert so I'm good)
Beds were comfortable and the shower was uncomplicated.
Need to lose the rooms carpet. Was worn and stained.

Quiet place to stay for a quick night's rest. Staff was very friendly when we checked in late in the night from our competition we were attending.
