Pleased to wake up at Wake-up hotel.
Pros:

Excellent location close to Copenhagen Central station. Happy to be given an upgrade to a larger room, rooms are usually quite small, it is a budget hotel, but doesn’t appear to be. Attractive large reception area with airy restaurant area, with great breakfast available. Staff very helpful. Would definitely recommend.

Super freundliches und hilfsbereites Personal, sehr gute Lage, Fahrradverleih

Cons:

Zimmer sehr klein, aber das war schon vorher klar, Fenster geht nur zu kippen bzw. schmalen Spalte zu öffnen, wahrscheinlich aus Sicherheitsgründen
Frühstück könnte über mehrere Tage Aufenthalt etwas abwechslungsreicher sein, ist aber für den Preis in Ordnung.

Ottima posizione, a 5 minuti a piedi dalla stazione dei treni. Posizione centrale per godersi la città, con possibilità di noleggiare comodissime bici e entrare appieno appieno nel mood danese. Struttura nuova e spazi comuni perfetti.

Cons:

Le camere piccolissime, con moquette e bagni veramente piccoli. Ho soggiornato due notti e la camera non è stata mai pulita, con la moquette poco igienica questo è un aspetto negativo per me. Prezzo alto se rapportato alla grandezza della camera, ma la posizione e i prezzi in generale della città lo rendono tra i più economici.

Terrible experience , Avoid this place at all costs!This place is absolutely terrible. Calling it a hotel is an insult to real hotels; it feels more like a poorly run hostel.Despite having a confirmed booking through Booking.com, they demanded an extra $350 for my 6-year-old child upon arrival. To make matters worse, the manager tried to act as if he was doing me a favor and giving me a "cheap deal."The staff here are the most incompetent, unprofessional, and rude people I have ever encountered in my life, and that includes the management. They are genuinely bad people with zero customer service skills. Even though I was traveling with my family and they had vacant rooms available, they forced us to wait outside until 3:00 PM for check-in.When I asked for the manager’s name, he refused to give it fully, saying something like "Lass" or similar.I paid $300 USD per night for one room, and I have never seen such a dreadful place for that amount of money. I have never stayed in a worse place in my entire life. Do not ruin your trip, look elsewhere!

The location is convenient next to the train station, however the specific location itself is a bit bland with offices and construction. But it is easy to get around with a bike for example.
