Resepsiyonda çalışan adını hatırlamadığım siyahi gözlüklü genç kadın vardı hiç kibar değildi. Odanın müsaitliğini sordum biraz erken geldiğim için cevap verme şekli hiç kibar değildi.
Bor gärna här eftersom det oftast är god valuta för pengarna. Saknar vattenkokare och kaffe/te på rummet.
Allt är bra men det hade varit trevligt med gratis kaffe!
The views from our room. We could see central Copenhagen, the train station from the back. Really nice views at night with all the lights. The breakfast area was pretty big too. Lots of different things for everyone.
Wished our daughters bed sheets in to be an a agil bed and of an unwrap sofa. It was too low, as she was sort of sleeping on the floor. We had to put it together. I was hoping for that to be prepared with the sheets etc. Because in the picture the bed (the sofa) looked like an actual bed and it seemed higher, but it wasn't
Also, I wished we had like a minibar or at least some welcome water bottles in our room. We were thirsty during the night. And since we stayed on the 12th floor, my husband had to wake up in the middle of the night, to get us something to drink at the lobby downstairs. Also something I didn't like goes for the towels as well. I wish they would've been there too, as I stayed earlier with the bed sheets for our daughter. I mean when I booked the room I booked 2 adults and 1 teenager in advance. The room should've been prepared for 3 in the first place instead of just two!

The location was amazing. Right at the centre , 5 mins walk to the main busstop. If you are leaving early this is the place.
Check in is via an app. And it never works. Front desk at that time weren’t that friendly.
