Pros:

The planes in the lobby area. The pool and gym area were great. The breakfast in my room while looking at planes. The planes. Also the view of the planes from my room. My god. So nice

Cons:

The shower was a bit weak. Not a big fan of the rainfall showers.

Pleasant stopover
Pros:

The staff were very helpful and professional. The room was very clean and comfortable. I really liked the chaise lounge and the view of the planes. Everything worked well and decor was nice.

Cons:

The hotel room was a short outdoor walk from the reception. I don’t mind the walk but please make it properly waterproof from the rain! The walkway had a sort of cover but it leaked so badly. Also not a fan of the clear shower window in the room but that is just my preference.

Very pleasant stay & would use again.
Pros:

Great location close to airport, and ease of transport via train from central Taipei.
Late check out & breakfast option was convenient for late night flight departure.
Excellent staff check-in, out and breakfast.

Cons:

Needed more bar service for big group meals & drinks in Lounge.
Lack of wines by the glass, only one white chose not up to standard for a 4-5 star hotel. Needs reviewing for giving close to travellers
