Great location next to centre of town.

Personal gibt sich Mühe und versucht, English zu verstehen. Personal war davon abgesehen wirklich sehr nett und hat versucht, zu helfen.

Cons:

kein warmes Wasser, auch nach mehrmaligem Nachfragen hat es nicht richtig funktioniert. 80% der Duschen mit kaltem Wasser. 4 Sterne Hotel. Noch nie so etwas erlebt. Schade.

Location is great!

Cons:

Beds and bedding need to be updated. Pillows are hard memory foam that don’t give. I had a sheet and an old quilt that felt like old drapes. Room sometime smelled of sewage.

Le personnel est vraiment un gros point fort de l’hôtel : extrêmement sympa, attentif et très réactif, ce qui est très appréciable.

Cons:

L’hôtel est correct mais plusieurs points sont vraiment décevants. Pas de machine à café dans la chambre, la décoration est assez vieillotte. La climatisation ne fonctionnait pas et nous n’avions pas la main dessus, ce qui était très inconfortable. Dans le placard, nous avons trouvé des couvertures sales, ce qui n’est pas acceptable. Enfin, le buffet du petit-déjeuner était très industriel, sans goût et sans fraîcheur. Vraiment bof dans l’ensemble.

Great spot
Pros:

A great location in the heart of Olbia. Rooms were large, quiet, clean and had spacious bathrooms. Super friendly staff that were willing to help us with anything. The highlight is the rooftop with amazing views of the city and water. Would recommend to anyone travelling to Olbia!

Cons:

Overall, nothing bad. The continental breakfast wasn’t our favourite but this didn’t retract from our stay. There were still lots of options!

La situation géographique et le parking font qu'on peut tout faire à pied et se trouver dans les rues commerçantes en 5minutes

Cons:

Le prix de la suite panoramique est trop élevé par rapport à la qualité. Tout est vieux, des rideaux abimé ne pouvant être complétement fermé, les vitres sont très sales à l'extérieurs ce qui dérange la vue panoramique...
Le petit déjeuner est catastrophique avec un service déplorable, que deux personnes durant l'heure de pointe = pas de tables dressées, pas de renouvellement des produits de manière a apprécié le réveil.
