Pros:

Die Lage in der Altstadt.

Cons:

Es wurde vorweg eine Kaution geblockt von über 100 Euro. Falls Schäden - geraucht wurde und für was auch immer noch. Fand ich nicht ok.

Hôtel agréable et central avec très bon petit déjeuner buffet
Pros:

Chambre agréable et situation centrale à Olbia.
Petit déjeuner buffet complet.
Très belle terrasse au dernier étage avec vue sur la ville et possibilité de prendre un dernier verre au calme

Cons:

Le parking est exigu et demande de nombres manœuvres pour pouvoir se garer.
Pas facile non plus d'éviter d'entrer dans la ZTL car il n'y a pas de possibilité de demi-tour si on s'engage trop loin dans la rue (même si une information est transmise en amont par l'hôtel pour prévenir de la situation).

Would recommend. Great Character, great location, helpful staff, clean.
Pros:

Lovely, so clean, and felt so good to stay in. Amazing Location. Room was really nice. It had a character to it.

Cons:

Breakfast was basic. Totally fine though

Pros:

Schönes Zimmer mit großem Bad, tolle Dachterrasse!!! mit verhältnismäßig günstigem Getränkeservice, Parkplatz und für Italien ein großes Frühstück!

Exceeded all expectations--would recommend and/or stay there again in a heartbeat.
Pros:

We were in Olbia for just one night, and frankly didn't know what to expect. Hotel Panorama was outstanding in every imaginable way: communication, cleanliness, size and comfort of room, amenities, and an unforgettable 360-degree view of the city from their lovely rooftop terrace. It was a great way to end our stay in Sardinia.
