But We arrived after a very long journey, exhausted and in desperate need of rest, and reached the hotel 15 minutes early (at 2:45 pm) for the 3:00 pm check-in time. Despite that, the front desk staff made us wait a full hour in the lobby, explaining that no clean room was ready yet. We were finally given our room at 3:45 pm.
While the hotel itself was excellent overall, this unnecessary one-hour delay—especially when we were clearly fatigued—was extremely disappointing and frustrating. Better communication or preparation for early arrivals would make a big difference.

Good place to stay for the value.
Pros:

Cons:

The 2nd elevator was out of order. And it was definitely difficult to access my 5G internet network in that particular room. I never had an issue when I’ve stayed there but was in other rooms. Not sure why I did this time around.

I’ve stayed here many times the price is good and there’s plenty of parking.
Pros:

Conveniently located to my family’s residence and transportation to work. It was a very cold and snowy day and the room was warm and inviting

Cons:

I was extremely tired so I didn’t use the shower until time to leave and there was no soap in the dispenser and the shower was not working

Everything was great! Ashley who works at the front desk was very friendly and professional!

The bed was comfortable and the room was big

The shower has no water pressure. To take a shower it took a while and if my wife was using the sink the shower stopped
