When I returned from trying to get into my first room unsuccessfully, they re-keyed the cards and gave me a new room.
This place was HORRIBLE. The deadbolt on the room door did not work well. The bathroom looked like a run-down motel 6. Lamp cords stretched across the room so that I could fall over them when walking through the room. Of the three elevators in the buillding, only the one at the far back corner worked. On the trek to the elevator, there were a group of people gathered inside and outside an external door. They appeared to be gang-related individuals and were blocking hallways. Clearly, the "card entry only" policy was not in effect. BUT, there was a sign that said guns were not allowed!
The nite lady a nice and fair black lady was available when I checked in was very nice and presentable . She helped made my stay a comfortable one
The hotel had a lot of ice machines, ice makers on the 4th floor and the 1st floor restaurant was closed off or not useful or working. I was somewhat disappointed 😞 at the Hispanics/Lantinos staff or day staff they were doing a lot of talking and consulting with others or having inappropriate conversations.
Close to the city
The fact they never gave me my 100$ deposit back. Would never stay here again.
The moment we opened the door of the building it smelled like smokers village. The bathroom in the building is very dirty no napkins and the staff are so unprofessional.i was waiting for someone to talk to me when theres three people just talking and video chatting on the phone. The elevator is shady and looks like it’s about to break on you. When we found our room. It took us multiple times to unlock the door. The door hinges is broken looks like someone was trying to pry into it. We immediately looked at our beds curious because of how bad everything else was before the room. We found a mold on the bed covered by a small towel .the sheets have stains on it.the bed side light was broken and hanging. The bathroom was not flushed theres toilet paper seemed like someone just used it and not cleaned. Shower water was struggling to come out.
Staff at the front desk
The smell in the room. Like it’s cheap cleaning products. The room was clean
Convenience and Convenient location
Unfortunately I needed to use a plunger 🪠 and my room phone did not work at the time. So I had to go down to the front desk to ask for it and the desk person paid more attention to there personal cellphone than to me and my question.
