Elegy Hotel

Отель хороший, удобно расположен. Минус - холл первого этажа и лестница, оставлчют отвратительное впечатление. Хрть помыли бы окна. Уборку в номере нужно просить у администратора, об этом нас не предупредили заранее. Мы ее долго ждали и удивлялись, почему не уюирают номер и не меняют полотенца.

Отличное расположение, проблемы с парковкой, все прилегающие улицы днём и вечером забиты. Подходит для путешественников, любителей потусить и остановки на 1-2 ночи. Неплохой отель за свою цену.

Had a good 5 night stay here. Don't be put off by the entrance. For the price, the location is great, the rooms are spacious and staff very helpful, even if not all of them speak english. Only downside for me, the bathroom always has unpleasant smell, also the beds are too low and any movement (on it) constantly makes it creak louder than a door in a horror movie.

It was a nice location, and the room was okey. They did not clean a single time during our 4 night stay. The breakfast was not very good. Staff at the reseption was helpful
when we asked for taxi to the airport.

Hotel horrível, parece cenário de filme de terror, todas as fotos são uma enganação! Vergonha para o hotéis.com aceitar um hotel deste!

El baño tenía humedad, el aire acondicionado y el secador no servían. La ubicación muy buena. Desayuno bueno.

Péssimo Hotel. A comunicação foi praticamente impossível, já que a atendente não falava inglês. Praticamente tudo que constava da reserva não se traduziu em realidade quando chegamos ao hotel. A cama não era queen, como informado quando da reservar. Lençóis sujos. O quarta cheirava mal e se ouvia todo e qualquer barulho do corredor. Não havia cofre no quarto o hotel pareceu ser totalmente inseguro. A televisão não funcionava. O ar-condicionado também não funcionava. O banheiro não tinha sequer um sabonete, muito menos outros produtos de higiene pessoal. Não havia secador também no banheiro. Quando pedi pra solucionar todos esses problemas, recebi a resposta de que não era possível. Diante de tal situação extremamente degradante, não tive outra opção que não fosse a de abandonar o hotel e procurar outra estadia mais adequada e que me fornecesse o mínimo de dignidade.

No AC during summer time!!! The bathroom area smelled like bad old pipes, instead of two beds we got a room with only one bed plus a bunch of excuses for not getting what we asked for (a two bed room). An extra charge was required for breakfast which was the same every day- boiled eggs, bread and cereal, some sugar loaded yogurt and uncooked hot dogs. " Can we get them boiled?" "Use microwave!" Actually it is not even a hotel. It is a hostel and that's what it says inside of it, once you are already there. The building must be over one hundred years old, cracked walls and atrocious smell.

I write in English to let everybody know. On arrival in Elegia I fell down on the lift landing, 5th floor, from the corridor where there was no warning that in front of the door there was a STEP DOWN. I BROKE MY WRIST. Ambulance took me to the hospital, in Helsinki I am in good cure. BUT only when I complained to Reception they put up a notice 'mind your step' in 2 languages.For me it was too late. My arm is in cast for 6 weeks. There was no apology from the administration, and they even asked me to pay extra to stay in my room until the departure of train to Helsinki. We came to an agreement. Building this kind of dangerous step is forbidden in Europe. I expect an apology from the hotel and if I ever will stay in Elegia, Ul.Rubinsteina, a recompensation in the sum of three nights of stay there. My colleagues work in the famous Malyi Drama theatre in the very same building. I informed them and all my Russian friends of the accident. I look forward to a response from the Hotel. PhD., prof. В целом все неплохо
Персонал отличный,сам Отель обычный,без сильного комфорта. За свои деньги весьма неплохо

Довольно хорошо. Из минусов - в душе может не достаться горячей воды.

Рекомендую этот отель. Цена соответствует качеству. Очень дружелюбный и вежливый персонал. Заселили очень быстро. В номере чисто, тепло и уютно. Расположение отеля очень удобное, все в шаговой доступности. За такие деньги, лучшее предложение в Санкт Петербурге.

Отель расположен в одном здании с драматическим театром. Занятно оформлены стены и в коридоре, и в номере. Район рядом с Невским, с Фонтанкой, до Дворцовой площади минут 20-30 пешком. Завтраки без изысков - самое необходимое, но до обеда вполне достаточно. Тщательная уборка будет, если попросить об этом специальной табличкой. Сотрудники отеля были очень доброжелательны, сразу предоставили обогреватель, отрегулировали кондиционер, отвечали на все интересующие вопросы. Спасибо за приятное пребывание!

Супер удачное месторасположение отеля, самый центр, нормальное соотношение цены и качества, вполне себе приличный завтрак - кофе варят, мюсли, каши, йогурты, сыр, масло и пр, подъезд в доме где расположен отель, конечно, требует ремонта, но хождения по подъезду можно легко избежать если пользоваться лифтом.
Рядом с отелем много приличных мест для ужина, что удобно.
Только одно но, которое добавило негатива. После первой ночи обнаружили какого то жучка кровососущего на кровати, нас не искусали, но начитавших в интернете информации начали проверять матрас, где нашли какие то следы насекомых. Сразу же обратились к администрации, к их чести, без лишних разборок нас пересилили в другой номер, где мы сразу же исследовали швы матраса, там все было чисто, дожили запланированное время без эксцессов. Что было в первом номере так и не поняли.

Hotel was small and cozy. Room was good and location excellent. They speak English and I didn´t have any problems during trip. Breakfast was fine but waited more from breakfast.
