Exceptional service, beautiful rooms, and outstanding value for money.
Pros:

We had a wonderful stay at Hotel St. Thomas.

The staff was exceptionally friendly and accommodating. I was feeling unwell when I arrived and asked whether an early check-in might be possible. The team immediately arranged it for me, which I greatly appreciated and made a real difference.

The room was beautiful, tastefully renovated, very clean, and well designed. The bathroom was modern and functional, and the overall standard of the hotel exceeded my expectations for the price paid. The value for money was excellent.

I also asked for hot water for tea because I was not feeling well, and the staff was once again very helpful and kind.

The location is another major advantage: close enough to reach the city center easily on foot, while still being in a pleasant area.

Overall, I was extremely satisfied with my stay and would gladly return.

Would happily stay again. We had a great time in Copenhagen aided by this hotel.
Pros:

Suite rooms were good size, clean and comfortable.
Staff were great to deal with.
Breakfast was good, but limited but enough choice for celiac (GF).

Cons:

Would have preferred a kettle to coffee m/c.

We could hear other guests walking past our room, mostly in the morning but kind of expected with the type of building. Wouldn't put us off staying again

Great hotel in a great location for the city. Lovely bedrooms well appointed.
Pros:

Location was great. Bedrooms well appointed and the beds very comfy. Great breakfast with lots of choice and superb eggs!

Personal sehr freundlich, gute Lage

Cons:

Die Zimmer sind extrem klein, das Bett war nicht ganz sauber und das Badezimmer hat etwas gerochen. Bei dieser Preiskategorie hätte ich ausserdem einen Kaffee/Tee-Kocher im Zimmer erwartet.

Super venlig modtagelse, Rigtig dejlig seng, sengetøj. Ret og pænt. Velproportioneret værelse. Fred og ro. Dejlig beliggenhed, interessant kvarter.

Zeer vriendelijk personeel en uitstekend ontbijt.

Cons:

Wij sliepen op de 4e etage. Het was veel te warm op de slaapkamer. Ondanks een nog niet zo warme weer buiten. Wat we ook deden, raam open of dicht, thermostaat aan of uit ( op advies personeel hotel) , we kregen de temperatuur niet onder de 23,5 gr.C. En dat is voor een slaapkamer voor ons veel te warm. Cons:

Embarrassingly small room for two with barely 30 cm or less between bed and wall. For that price this is embarrassing to say the least. Hot water is at a premium - takes a while to feel comfortable in the shower. Decent breakfast with a scarcity of cold cuts. They bring them out in dozen slices. No more. When cheese runs out it takes more than 30 minutes for staff to add a new batch.

Single room should be half the price. Not worth the cost. Single room is not a "hotel" experience.
Pros:

location was great, rooftop was lovely.

Cons:

Bathroom was tiny and pokey, toilet was child height, no shampoo/conditioner, just a bodywash/shampoo - no thankyou. Single room was expensive for what is comparable to a hostel. Had very little to do with staff so not much to comment there.
