Simone helped us a lot. I booked sadly the wrong room (a single bedroom), but luckily she was able to help us that we could stay the night with the two of us in the hotel! Also it was very clean and the staff was really nice.
Établissement avec beaucoup
De charme, tres bien décoré, loin des hôtels « business » standardisés, avec un rooftop splendide et situé dans un quartier vraiment agréable, à la fois tranquille et proche (en vélo ou transports en commun) de tous les lieux importants. L’ambiance est feutrée, les petits déjeuners calmes, et il est possible de louer des vélos à l’accueil pour un montant raisonnable (je recommande chaudement! Tout à Copenhague est faisable à vélo et c’est un plaisir).
Rien à dire de particulier. Nous avions la suite familiale, et nous étions prévenus sur la salle de bain un peu petite et désuète et le manque de rangement. Malgré tout, la suite était à notre goût, spacieuse, lumineuse et confortable. Mention particulière pour la vue sur l’avenir Frederiksberg et la magnifique lumière des ciels de Copenhague.
Nous sommes français et nous avons trouvé le personnel réservé et froid mais je pense qu’il s’agit surtout d’une différence de culture, rien de spécifique à l’hôtel.

Struttura curata, piccola e confortevole in una zona elegante e vivace. Colazione buona e varia. Personale sorridente e gentile. Possibilità di affittare biciclette. La stanza singola ‘piccola’ lo è davvero, persino più di alcune che ho provato in Giappone, ma molto più carina…
Come in molte altre occasioni in paesi scandinavi, avrei preferito avere delle tende trasparenti per il giorno e non solo quelle oscuranti.
Wir hatten einen rundum tollen Aufenthalt im Hotel Sct. Thomas in Kopenhagen. Die Lage ist super zentral und perfekt, um die Stadt zu erkunden.
Wir wurden sehr herzlich empfangen und haben uns direkt wohlgefühlt. Unser Zimmer war sehr sauber und die Betten waren wirklich bequem. Auch das helle Badezimmer hat uns sehr gut gefallen.
Besonders schön fand ich, wie liebevoll das Team bei einer Geburtstagsüberraschung für meine Freundin geholfen hat. Alles wurde genauso – beziehungsweise sogar noch besser – umgesetzt, als vorher abgesprochen. Das Personal war jederzeit freundlich, aufmerksam und hilfsbereit.
Auch Fahrräder konnten wir direkt im Hotel ausleihen, was für Kopenhagen natürlich perfekt war.
Insgesamt ein wirklich sehr schöner Aufenthalt – tolle Lage, saubere Zimmer und vor allem ein unglaublich herzliches Team. Auch das Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis war top. Wir würden jederzeit wiederkommen und können das Hotel absolut weiterempfehlen!

En una zona muy tranquila. Metro cercano . Bien insonorizado . Nos alojamos en la suite familiar que se compones de dos habitaciones Bien de tamaño. Muy limpio y nuevo. Nos ha gustado mucho. La azotea muy bonita . Tiene sauna, pero no hicimos uso de ella .
Quizás el precio, pero para los precios que hay en la ciudad, incluso se puede decir que nos costó barato.
Ottimo hotel in zona centrale, servita dalla metro. Hotel curato e arredato con gusto. Buona la colazione, staff disponibile e ambiente tranquillo e accogliente. Soggiorno molto piacevole. Dispone anche di noleggio biciclette, che in città è molto utile.
La camera non era molto grande.

Sehr gute Lage in schöner Umgebung mit Altbauten aus der Gründerzeit. Trotz zentraler Lage nachts sehr ruhig.
Zimmer eher klein, großstadttypisch.

Piękny budynek, bardzo gustownie urządzony pokój. Duże okna od ulicy, ale spokojna dzielnica więc nie było hałasu. W różnych miejscach w hotelu były informacje na temat dzielnicy, co było ciekawe.
Zbyt mała łazienka.
