En dos oportunidades irrumpieron en la habitación a dejar una botella de agua y una toalla para el piso de la ducha. No lo solicitamos, a ellos se les olvidó al momento de organizar la habitación y fueron en dos momentos diferentes, cuando nos encontrábamos descansando

La vista desde un 10mo piso, indescriptible

Cons:

Durante mi hospedaje pintaron el piso dos días seguidos, por lo que el olor a pintura era muy fuerte. Además, las escaleras estuvieron cerradas; en caso de una emergencia no había una ruta clara de salida. Esta misma situación ya me había ocurrido cuando me hospedé aquí en 2023.
El desayuno ya no es lo que era en 2023. El jugo de naranja estaba agrio dos días seguidos; el primer día lo reporté y aun así lo dejaron para consumo de los huéspedes.
Sirvieron la misma sopa durante tres días seguidos, claramente recalentada varias veces. El pan estaba viejo y seco. Los huevos revueltos eran de mala calidad y el omelet que pedí ni siquiera estaba bien preparado: tenía partes de clara y yema sin mezclar, muy mal presentado y poco apetitoso.
La limpieza del baño también fue deficiente; encontramos cabellos desde antes de usarlo.
Por el precio que pagué, la experiencia no corresponde a un hotel de cuatro estrellas. No fue justo haber usado mis ahorros para una estadía que no cumplió con lo esperado.

Sehr gutes Hotel in sehr guter Lage. Geräumiges Zimmer, schöne Frühstücksterrasse und sehr gutes Frühstücksbuffet. Komfortable Betten, gutes Bad. Wir hatten nur eine Nacht gebucht und haben die sonstigen Hoteleinrichtungen nicht genutzt, aber wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt.
