I got ripped off...!
Cons:

I had booked for a price of $115.00...tax in.... got a message that my credit card was declined...which is BS....when I went to pay in person, he said it was now $139.00 plus tax...$168.00 in total....and miracle....my card worked....he was just trying to squeeze some extra cash out of me.....scam/con artist in my opinion...I would not recommend staying there at all....The room was mediocre at best...definitely not worth $168.00..!!

Pros:

the bed was comfy, there were no bed bugs, gentlemen at office was nice

Cons:

there was splatter on the ceiling unsure if it was blood or something else, one of the outlets looked like it was on fire previously, the door between rooms was unlocked, there was a condom and q tip left in room
unsure why i was charged more, 115.83 was the booking,com total and when i checked in it cost 119.79, false advertisement or motel charging more???

The host was accommodating, the room was old and smelled very musty.

The outdoor noises were concerning. Disappointed they did not offer coffee or tea.

nice place to stay.
Pros:

It is a good place to stay when visiting Kingston. Feasible to take public transport to go to Downtown area. Room was clean, bathroom clean with everything you d need. beds are comfortable. i would stay in here next time for sure.

Cons:

AC...OMG;) better to not use it too much.Woukd be better to have electric heater than this 100%.

Convenient and good price
Pros:

Location was ideal, middle of everything major for gym, shopping, food, etc.

Cons:

Worn out finishing, but your just there to sleep afterall, on the upside the room had plenty of space.

Great value for money, exceeding my expectations!
Pros:

Centrally located. Value was amazing. For the price the rooms were spacious, the beds were comfortable and the bathrooms were is good shape.

Cons:

Carpet was a little worn. TV bracket was a bit wonky.

Get what you paid for
Pros:

We wanted a less expensive place to stay for the night and Knights Inn met that expectation. The checking in was smooth and my request for the late night check-in was accepted.

Cons:

It is not that I didn't like but wanted to make the fellow travelers aware that this is an older facility and you get what you paid for. My family had some challenges getting hot water but I was lucky to get it. It took long time to have hot water coming down the pipe.

Le parking gratuit juste devant la porte d’entrée pour quitter le plus rapidement et économiquement possible cet endroit malodorant

Cons:

Dans l’hypothèse où rester plus de 10 minutes dans la pièce sans la quitter tel un guerrier nordique vous est envisageable, l’odeur de cigarette, d’humidité et de renfermé s’imprégnant de façon tenace sur vos vêtements vous laissera d’inoubliables souvenirs
