The staff and location.
Nothing
Very nice accommodation close to the center of Krakow. There are many restaurants nearby, good public transport connections, and many attractions within walking distance. The hotel offered good and tasty breakfasts. The rooms were comfortable with slightly older furniture, but this did not reduce the comfort of the stay at all. I definitely recommend this hotel for both short and longer stays.
A smart TV in the room would be a nice improvement.
Excellent location and helpful friendly staff. I would imagine the old town has noise problems but this location was good. Lots of nearby bars and restaurants right in the heart of the Jewish quarter.
The bedroom was small and a bit tired. I noticed that they had bigger rooms but they don’t appear to be offered on booking.com. I would rather pay a bit more and have a bigger room.
very good location, small cozy apartments
Stayed for three nights. Arrived 9 pm first night. Meet by receptionist, which a 24 hour setup. Given a good brief and the staff are very polite and professional.
Our room was front facing, which was very spacious. We had twin beds, which we found no really comfortable and the pillows were too soft, no support for neck. The room are dated but its part of the hotel setup, which is quite quirky. The street outside can be loud but it a route through Jewish quarter to the bars and eating areas.
The breakfast was really lovely, a mix of hot and continental.
Dans le quartier juif de Cracovie ! Un environnement exceptionnel !
Du personnel d’une grande gentillesse.
Hôtel parfaitement placé.
Rien ! Il n’y a rien à reprocher !
Quarto amplo e aconchegante.
Location
We were met by a not-so-nice receptionist who seemed not to care much about our stay. I asked if we could leave the luggage in the hotel at the check-out, because our bus home was in the evening, and she was reluctant to answer. There is an option to leave it, though, in a room that doesn't lock up right next to the entrance. So if you are ok with that, you could take a risk.
The bath and the room itself need renovation.
Really comfy bed, the air conditioning was great, plenty of room, quiet outside, nice breakfast
The shower head flooded the bathroom in room 123
