Super House International

A decent hotel, perhaps a little worn, but cleaned daily. Thick towels, coffee and tea in the room. The rooms are cleaned daily. The breakfast is delicious. There is a shop near the hotel. The hotel is close to the city's main attractions. I recommend the hotel.

Das Hotel hatte seine Zeit deutlich überschritten. Es wird mit 4 Sternen vermarketet, schafft von der Materie heute keine 3 Sterne mehr.
Tapete löst sich von den Zimmerwänden, Gardinen sind mit Klebeband geflickt, Teppiche sind abgerieben, einige Fliesen lösen sich aus dem Badboden, schimmel in den Fugen etc.
Leider schade.
Man sieht, das Hotel vor 20 Jahren ein Highlight war. Es wurde Grande gebaut mit vielen Verzierungen und Marmorhallen, jedoch leider abgenutzt.
Der Service war gut. Das Personal war sehr gut.

There is no shower in the bathroom, which makes bathing inconvenient.

Close to both of Airports in Beijing. Easy to acess from a subway to the hotel. Good breakfast. Generally speaking, good.

My second stay here, and this time they provided delicious breakfast. I still like its location at the station of two metro lines. The room is spacious with city view. Communication is smooth with fast responses to meet my request.

Una pesadilla ese hotel, extremadamente descuidado y sucio, el dasayuno un asco, el café es agua caliente simplemente, hay goteras en el aire acondicionado, el cuarto en general huele muy mal, la cama en malas condiciones y aunque las fotos son reales no muestran lo descuidado que está la propiedad.

Location was right next to line 10 subway station so it was convenient to explore the city.

Hotellet var centralt och det fanns en tunnelbana precis vid hotellet. Det var smidigt att ta sig till olika ställen. Rummet var dock gammaldags och luktade även det.
Hotellets tider för frukost och utcheckning stämde inte med hemsidan.

Made to feel welcome. Very friendly and helpful staff. Wifi was quite hit and miss. I had times where I could not use WeChat or Alipay. Carpets could do with a good clean but overall cleanliness was good. Coffee choice in room was limited, I ended up buying a jar of instant. Breakfast choice was varied and plentiful. On site restaurant had a good choice of menu and was budget friendly. The hotel itself is well situated for the subway and there are plenty of shops and restaurants within an easy wslk.

Water does not flow down the bath drain and pools on the floor. There is a problem with the slope of the floor.
The air conditioner is noisy.

The room is big with two beds and a window to view Beijing City. It equips furniture and devices the same as a regular American hotel. The property locates outside Shilihe Station of Beijing Subway Line 10, which is convenient for travelers to go around Beijing City.

Old and tired, no upkeep or maintenance done on this place since it was built. Staff were very unwelcoming on arrival and very difficult to communicate with. The entire place needs a really good airing as it smells of food cigarette smoke, and mildew. The carpet in the dining room is so filthy that you can't see the original pattern. The wallpaper in our room was lifting and bubbling probably due to water leakage from the bathroom where there was discoloration from mildew, and the carpet was dirty and stained from same leakage. It's not situated in a good part of town either. Get another hotel

冷蔵庫の冷えがいつも悪い。WiFi環境が悪い。スタッフの対応は良いと思う。

いつも利用していますが、便利な場所にあり、とてもいいホテルです。

部屋の変更に気持ち良くおおじていただきました。冷蔵庫の故障がありましたが直ぐに冷蔵庫を交換してくれました。

At first glance as pulling into the entrance we thought Wow, much nicer than expected. No help was offered for our luggage. A bellman saw us managing five bags by ourselves so he didn’t offer assistance. The reception staff were excellent. Again no assistance offered for our bags so we hauled our stuff ourselves to our room on 11. Please keep your room key handy to access your floor by elevator. I am familiar with this security measure but we weren’t told about it by reception. I had the key packet put away in my pocket. It was a struggle retrieving it then swiping it.
Our room was spacious and well appointed. Everything looked great. Nice view through very dirty windows. However, upon further inspection I noticed several issue. The carpet is in need of a good cleaning, the recent caulk job around the tub looks like a second grader was given a tube to play with, they even got caulk on the shower head. The curtain between the sleeping area and the bathroom is soiled. Coffee packets only include some sweet flavor mix. The breakfast buffet was very good with lots of choices. Never saw hot wings, chowmein, stir fry and others offered for breakfast. Seating was a challenge and if you left your seat for a refill your place was instantly cleared and someone occupied your seat.
We did have one great experience. I couldn’t get connected to the internet while my companion did. I called reception and a very nice young man came to the room. He was flummoxed as well but we soon discovered my difficulty was due to my VPN. Once I switched it off I had access. The whole reason I had a VPN was to keep my privacy, I guess my privacy isn’t recognized.
If I ever return to Beijing I will look for another accommodation.
